I will never rent from this place again. All their cars are not worth renting or even think about renting. Two cars I looked at had a check engine, change oil, and low pressure of tire light on. They do not care about there cars. I say one thing good about this place is the consumer service.

This place is the worst. Emailed them and got a quote for $200 for the week. I go to pick the car up and now the boss is saying "oh the person told you wrong so we have to up the price" I really needed a rental so I said okay. Then they charge you $250 non refundable fee smh. I got the car and it wasn't cleaned from the last person. Old banana peels, sunglasses, change on the floor. Just sad and very unprofessional. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

While waiting to be assisted the owner spoke with so much aggression and annoyance. Meanwhile a woman who just rented a car was having the battery die constantly. No sir. Great prices for multi-day rentals and the owner offered me local pick-up to the rental shop. The vehicles are a little older than what you may typically see at the larger competitors but this is what allows Royal Red to offer much lower prices, especially if you wish to rent a larger vehicle like a minivan. Overall had a great experience with this company!
