I don't leave reviews often, but I'm making an exception this time around. To put it simply, these guys are what all dealerships should strive to be. Either over the phone, or in person, they were promt, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions I had about the car, or the paperwork. And that's not to mention the wide selection of vehicles on offer, there were Audi's, BMW's, Volkswagen's ( Of which I did buy, a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta GLI, and am very happy to now own), ect. I'm going to refer these guys to anyone looking for a car for good while to come.

Mike took very good care of me from the second I reached out about a truck I was interested in. This was at the height of the Covid-19 crisis in May where the DMV was by appointment only so they had to jump through hoops for me to get the truck on the road. I ended getting a great deal on a 2010 Silverado. It's been close to 9 months and have not had any major problems with the vehicle. I know Mike and the guys at Apple will take care of me if anything goes wrong. Thanks guys.

He explained what he knew about the car's history, how he purchased it at a dealer auction, everything his mechanics had looked at, and the work that his team had done to prove that the car was in good working order. Before sending me on a test drive, Mike instructed me on what kinds of mechanical noises I should listen for. He went to a lot of effort to make sure that I could see for myself that the car was in good working order. Mike took care of our DMV paperwork, and his team thoroughly cleaned and washed the car before we took possession. So far, I have been very happy with the vehicle, and my experience with Apple Auto Sales. I hope to do business with them in the future when my kids need decent used cars. :-)

Andrei is always pleasant and easy to talk with. Heather is very courteous, listens carefully to what is going on with the problem with my car, and always gets me to the right person to talk to. Lastly, I cannot say enough positive things about Sergai, the mechanic. He is a great mechanic and he really go's the extra mile to explain what is wrong with the car,and with fixing the problem. UPDATE: 6 Months Later and the car is undrivable. HORRENDOUS experience and DECEITFUL sale. Lost 11,000 dollars. I drove over 4 hours to purchase a specific convertible from apple auto and made that drive only because I was promised honesty and transparency in the quality of this vehicle. I was even told that if absolutely anything was wrong with the car I could bring it back and they would fix it. In less than 6 months I tried opening the automatic hard top convertible once the weather was nice enough and it got stuck. The windows would no longer close and the convertible top operation was frozen. I had to cover it with a tarp and take it to the mechanic where we found out that the hydraulics system was completely damaged and cost over 6000 dollars to replace. I contacted Apple Auto and the person who sold me the car was no where to be found. Someone else from Apple Auto reached out but told me the car was only covered for 1 month after purchase. Now I am stuck with a car that is undrivable and has to be donated or thrown out in a junk yard. Don't trust them. Mike is a really honest guy - if he gives you his word he will deliver. My dad and I drove 4 and a half hours from New York City for a very specific car, with only the words of Mike’s promise that he would do everything he could for us - and it was well worth the trip! He treated us like we had been friends for years and really paid attention to our needs and concerns. The mechanic was also very attentive and answered everything we needed to know about the car’s engineering. At the end of a very fun visit, Mike was able to win over my firm minded Italian father through his friendly humor and trusting assurance, and I ended up with my dream car. Thanks Apple Auto!
