She is excellent at her job, very reliable, responsible and knowledgeable post lady. She is punctual and organized in her job. Ms.Frihiwot is approachable and delightful to talk to regarding news to come about the postal service. Keeping her customers informed when expected mail might arrive and aware when certain things, such as the covid test will be arriving.
