Best car rental agency in National Harbor, Maryland (MD) 2024

I experienced a longer than neccesary wait for my vehicle...all because this company has one single employee to service the customer first thing in the morning! That's right it was a one-man-show. The receptionist was the runner who was the person who also stated she needed to clean the car! What! Great employee, but one employee doing it all was a major slow up. Hertz needs to make sure all locations are running smooth and bringing customers prompt and service. ~Jade
