Consistently the most honest and effective auto repair place over the past 25 years. Very little turnover in staff. Brian is a great manager and customer service rep. I've never had a bad repair or service from them. They are a bit more expensive than some shops, but you're getting quality service and this IS Potomac, after all. I'm more interested in good, reliable service than the price. ~Allen

I got new tires here today. I picked a set of tires and made an appointment online. The price for tires, installation, balancing, disposal, etc. was calculated and presented to me when I made my appointment and sent to me in a confirmation email. They even gave me a price match guarantee in case i found a better deal somewhere else. Drop-off and replacement went smooth. When i picked up they wanted to charge me $300 over the cost initially presented to me. I asked why the total was so much higher and they said it was the tax. When I questioned the 40% tax they said the extra charge was the installation fee. I presented my appointment confirmation email with the itemized cost including the installation fee and they charged me the original price. This is not a professional way to do business. I don't want to argue and haggle about a set price. ~John

This is well located harris teeter right off of 270. It is big enough with good quality products. Most Staff are friendly and helpful. However the parking is really small and there are times that you have to keep driving around to find a spot. All in all it is good neighborhood store and we really like it. ~Sun

Worst place. Mortgage people are garbage. They made a mistake on my daughter’s account and basically took 250 dollars from my 10 yo account and are ‘investigating’ their cashiers mistake ~Golru

This is one of the worst pharmacy that I have ever seen. Unorganized, unnecessary delays in preparing / dispensing the medications. I received 4 calls stating your medication is ready. When I went to pick it up I was told they are working on it. They did not have a cream that my physician had ordered. For one week they kept on saying there is a delay. They never ordered the medication for me. I found their management very unorganized! Not sufficient staff to run a busy pharmacy. I met many unhappy customers while I was in line waiting. When it was RiteAide it was running much better! Hire plenty trained and professional staff !!! ~Hamid
