This is one of the worst pharmacy that I have ever seen. Unorganized, unnecessary delays in preparing / dispensing the medications. I received 4 calls stating your medication is ready. When I went to pick it up I was told they are working on it. They did not have a cream that my physician had ordered. For one week they kept on saying there is a delay. They never ordered the medication for me. I found their management very unorganized! Not sufficient staff to run a busy pharmacy. I met many unhappy customers while I was in line waiting. When it was RiteAide it was running much better! Hire plenty trained and professional staff !!!

If there was a 0 star rating, that would be more appropriate. You call their pharmacy and you need to wait at least 45 mins to get to talk to someone - and that with a constant message about 2-3 callers ahead of you. In the store, most of the times there is only one counter operational and with a long queue. This just because there is no competition to them - we need a CVS open close by since this Walgreens location is a hell if you are a patient.

Pharmacy review: I needed a prescription filled on a Sunday that 5 other pharmacies did not have in stock. At the “drop off” counter, both the counter clerk and the pharmacist responded quickly to my question if they had it in stock. They proceeded to transfer the script from my regular pharmacy and I had it filled in 30 minutes. Super grateful to the team working that day and to whomever is responsible for keeping the stock of medicines they have!

No one ever picks up the phone. It's the worse pharmacy. There are lots of staff behind the pharmacy counter. I can be in hold for over an hour. I ended going there and no one was on the phone. I was told they do this when they're busy. Ridiculous.

Tommy is the greatest employee I've ever encountered. He made my Walgreens experience delightful!! I've switched over to Walgreens, I used to go to cvs. Thank u Tommy!!

Nobody ever pick up the phone at the pharmacy. 3 days waiting half hour and I hung up. They need to hire more people there. I’m moving my entire family’s prescriptions elsewhere. Sick of them!!

The lines at the prescription counter are very long--longer than when it was RiteAid. I asked whether it was possible to get my prescriptions delivered every time instead (to avoid the long lines), and they told me that was possible to do on the app. Unfortunately, even though automatic re-ordering is possible, the app does not permit setting up deliver as a default, meaning that I would have to request delivery as a one-off, every time I have a prescription. The app also does not let the user know when a refill is possible to order. I am seriously considering changing my pharmacy to an online pharmacy that knows how to manage delivery.

The pharmacy will either not answer calls or puts you on hold for twenty minutes! The young man who works on Sunday mornings simply disconnects people who have been waiting on hold so he doesn’t have to deal with them. Totally unprofessional and poorly managed pharmacy.

Everyone who works here is very amicable and helpful, however, their service became substantially less efficient after it turned into a Walgreens (from Rite Aid) and they shut down the other Walgreens across the street. This has forced the patrons who went to both stores to go to the same one while at the same time they've decreased the number of aisles at the pharmacy counter to give space for two "express" checkout lines for paying subscribers. This has also made the checkout lines much longer as well. There have also been a few times where they lost a prescription of mine that was previously in their system. It's a decent pharmacy as long as you don't go to the pharmacy counter.

My child took a long time to be able to get his vaccine due to a needle phobia. The Pharmacist was so patient and amazing! She was respectful and finally convinced him to go through with it. I was moved to tears by her kindness and dedication to helping us. We are going for our second shot and I hope I will see her again!
