I dropped my car off in the morning, and was given an exact verbal quote for my specific car. When I picked it up two hours later, the price was 50% higher than their original quote. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told in a very matter of fact manner than they "had to charge me more" because of the amount of fluid my car requires. The type of vehicle I got a quote on two hours earlier didn't change. There were also several other surcharges on my invoice that weren't included. But for the main service, at least provide a reliable estimate or honor your quote.

I got new tires here today. I picked a set of tires and made an appointment online. The price for tires, installation, balancing, disposal, etc. was calculated and presented to me when I made my appointment and sent to me in a confirmation email. They even gave me a price match guarantee in case i found a better deal somewhere else. Drop-off and replacement went smooth. When i picked up they wanted to charge me $300 over the cost initially presented to me. I asked why the total was so much higher and they said it was the tax. When I questioned the 40% tax they said the extra charge was the installation fee. I presented my appointment confirmation email with the itemized cost including the installation fee and they charged me the original price. This is not a professional way to do business. I don't want to argue and haggle about a set price.

I ordered about $600 worth of tires to replace all four of my tires on my car. I had them come by my house and do it, and that was very convenient. They did an alright job, but they broke both my front and back tire sensors, and now I have to pay to have it fixed out of pocket. Good quality tires, but probably won't use the service again.

I ordered 4 tires and an alignment online on Saturday 10/9/2021. Made an appointment for 9am on Tuesday 10/12/2021. I get there and they tell me they only have 3 of my tires and that they sold my 4th tire to someone else… even though I prepaid for it online and made an appointment. They told me they wouldn’t have another tire until later in the day, but I had to leave because I had things to do for the day. So I had to come back the next day @ 8am so they could do everything. I live about an hour away with traffic. So all this was very inconvenient for me. I don’t like how my service was handled and felt it was very unprofessional. Then they pulled my car up and I saw it was done, but it wasn't until 15-20 mins later that they gave me the keys to my car. So I don't know what's going on with management here, but a change needs to be made asap. Called customer service and the manager at this branch reached out to me and offered discounted tires or oil change at the next service.... Next service?!?!?!? Like what makes you think I would waste my time coming here again. Why not discount the subpar service I just received and maybe I'll think about using your service again? So based on this experience I'm not using any Roll By Goodyear again. The Workers and Manager response to this whole situation was very nonchalant and lacked basic communication.

I highly recommend Roll by Goodyear! I purchased my tires online and they were installed at my home in less than an hour and ......for cheaper than going to Costco! I did not step foot in a store or leave my house. The installer communicated via text so I didn't even speak to anyone. So well done. I cannot recommend using Roll by Goodyear enough.

The BEST service possible. These guys know what they're doing. Our installer was friendly and efficient, and we really couldn't be happier with Roll's customer service and professionalism. GREAT JOB! Most highly recommended. Don't go anywhere else for your tires!

Over the years I have patronized this store. Way before they converted to the “roll concept “. They never try to upsell. They seem to do a great job at hiring friendly people. I would wholeheartedly recommend the rockville pike crew. Genuinely good people

I ordered my tire online in advance and it happened to be the wrong size, but they had a tire in stock that was the right size and the guy who helped me was really nice and everything turned around wonderful !

Amazing! They came right to my house to change my tires. The whole process took only 30 minutes and was so easy. The technician was so nice and professional. Can’t recommend enough!

Amazing customer service. I realized I had a screw in my tire less than an hour before Roll closed. I called up to see if they could patch my tire before closing today and they very graciously agreed. Great location and very friendly staff.
