Best ice cream shop in Suitland, Maryland (MD) 2024

I went to Baskin Robins on 5/24/22 the employee walked in right behind me, she proceeds to hand a customer sitting down a piece of paper. She goes behind the counter gives the other employee a piece of paper, they have a short conversation. She then asked who is next, I place my order for a milkshake. After she checks me out, she goes to the ice cream side. She DOES NOT WASH HER HANDS. I asked if she was going to wash her hands, she tells me she sanitized them in her car before came in. Then argues with me about washing her hands, she tells me she is not touching the ice cream. She washes her hands with a brief rinse under some water, then said see I washed. We have a exchange of words, before I asked for a refund. I reported this to the corporate office and received a phone call from the owner I assume, which she didn't seem to take serious. I have been to this store several times with out any problems. With the world we live in now, with COVID and some many other infectious diseases, SANITATION is NEEDED!!!! ~Rena
