Didn’t have any of the flavors that were on the app. No coffee flavored ice cream and no brownie sundaes. They didn’t have any “cool” or “exciting” flavors either. Very disappointed. I was really liking forward to it too.

I went to Baskin Robins on 5/24/22 the employee walked in right behind me, she proceeds to hand a customer sitting down a piece of paper. She goes behind the counter gives the other employee a piece of paper, they have a short conversation. She then asked who is next, I place my order for a milkshake. After she checks me out, she goes to the ice cream side. She DOES NOT WASH HER HANDS. I asked if she was going to wash her hands, she tells me she sanitized them in her car before came in. Then argues with me about washing her hands, she tells me she is not touching the ice cream. She washes her hands with a brief rinse under some water, then said see I washed. We have a exchange of words, before I asked for a refund. I reported this to the corporate office and received a phone call from the owner I assume, which she didn't seem to take serious. I have been to this store several times with out any problems. With the world we live in now, with COVID and some many other infectious diseases, SANITATION is NEEDED!!!!

Nice for the Dunkin’ Donuts , can be busy so order ahead via the app (beware that they cannot refund you at the location for all mobile orders over $20 you gotta call corporate which is a hassle). I deducted 2 stars because the do not follow their hours at all. They open late and close early all the time, so i don’t know why they just won’t change their hours online accordingly.

I’m not sure how popular the strawberry cheese cake ice cream is, but Baskin Robins always have the most delicious and savoring strawberry cheese cake ice cream.

Please be careful at this location. The employee was nice but management was bad. After my order was completely rung up management comes over and charges me an additional $2 for regular flavoring in my coffee drink. I visit plenty of BR/Dunkin Donut locations and they have never charged for regular flavoring none the less $2 for it. Starbucks don't even charge that much. When I questioned management about it she said that is what they do here and when I looked at the receipt it was some bogus code that did not even say flavoring or syrup. Please go to another location if you can. This one is not ethical and after paying almost $15 for 2 small drinks they were not even tasty. Do better!!!!

Supposedly they close at 9pm but the lady was locking the door at 8:30pm???? When my husband and I walked in one of the employees rolled their eyes and sighed heavily as if our presence disturbed her. If you do not want to work in the food industry, look for a different line of work. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Will never come here again.

Baskin - Robbins ice cream products have always met and exceeded my expectations. With the pandemic going on I haven't received poor service from any of the employees. 5 stars for them.

The portions of the icecream for an adult scoop was not worth the price. The manager was very unprofessional. She even never asked what the issue was when i was discussing my concern with one of the employees. Ahe just jumped in and said, "oh she dont want it?" Ahe then took it from the young lady holding out and threw it away. When i tried to explain she just said, " she don't want it she don't want it fine." I left and called back up to the store to ask her her name she hung up on me the first time and the second time she put me on hold for a very long time and then I just hung up I will be calling customer service to let them know the horrible experience that I had at their store today at 3 p.m. on Allentown Road.

Stopped by to get some ice cream. O went to the restroom first to wash my hands. As soon as I opened the door, napkins lined the toilet and the toilet was FULL. I asked the 2 employees, who were resting on the counter scrolling through their phone, would they clean the bathroom. They said "they are not responsible for the bathroom. There is a person who comes in the morning and afternoon to clean". I asked again on case they misunderstood by question. I got the same response. I will go back first and last time. NASTY

Disregard the "open" sign folks!! And the sign in the door that states their hours of operation. The heavy set woman with the turnan just turned away 20 people stating that their store closes at 945, not 10am. What a terrible way to do business! I will be on the phone with corporate office in the morning. Wasted my time and my gas driving here today to be turned away.
