Best auto insurance agency in Wheaton, Maryland (MD) 2024

I went into the AAA Wheaton retail store because I just joined AAA, via a promotion, and wanted to confirm my membership. I have passed this AAA store since 2014, as one of my doctors is located in the same building. I was greeted by a representative named Susan who answered many questions I posed to her and provided a wealth of information to me regarding the benefits of AAA, as well as guided me to the map section, as I have several lengthy road trips planned for this year. Susan provided me with the name of an AAA location closer to my home for further information because I live more than an hour away from Wheaton. This is the first AAA store I have visited and I was surprised to feel so welcomed as I walked in the door. I received A+++ service. If I did not live so far from this location, I most definitely would use the Wheaton location as my "go-to" AAA store for assistance and information. Susan was extremely helpful, professional, kind, and the success of AAA is due in no small measure to employees like Susan. I am hopeful AAA will commend Susan for her excellent customer service. ~SA
