Best car rental agency in Allston, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

The first car that we were given was dented in several places. Not little dings either a long dent down one whole side for example. The pink sheet showed no recorded damage. We had to walk back to the counter and refuse the car. Both cars were disgustingly filthy. There was human spit dried to the outside of the first on both sides and the windows on the second were so bad that I had to stop and buy glass cleaner and paper towels just to see. Is this what is expected from Budget customers? Budget has a great backstory and used to have a great reputation. I'm very disappointed. ~Jason
