Nice person at front desk but the rest of the experience from car cleanliness to ease of pick up and drop off was totally lacking. The car was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was no one to check me out or back in and no clear instructions about how to convey that the gas tank was only partially filled.

The first car that we were given was dented in several places. Not little dings either a long dent down one whole side for example. The pink sheet showed no recorded damage. We had to walk back to the counter and refuse the car. Both cars were disgustingly filthy. There was human spit dried to the outside of the first on both sides and the windows on the second were so bad that I had to stop and buy glass cleaner and paper towels just to see. Is this what is expected from Budget customers? Budget has a great backstory and used to have a great reputation. I'm very disappointed.

It works fine 80% of the time, but service here seems to have been getting worse and worse in recent years. I reserved a sedan, but they "upgraded" me to a minivan since they ran out of economy cars, which is not really an upgrade since it is less fuel-efficient and can be awkward to drive in tight city streets. Seems to defeat the point of the reservation if they cannot honor it. And then I find that the vehicle only has 1/4 tank of gas left, which they had neglected to inform me while checking out!

Definitely the worst Budget location of all time. Always a super long line and some of the staff are very rude. They WILL try to scam you for gas, tolls, late returns, etc approx every other time, but the customer service line will help if you take photos. Keep coming back because it’s the only one nearby, but seriously take a photo of starting and ending gas/mileage with time stamps because you will need to fight random extra charges!

-Website offers GPS, but Cars didn't had GPS. -Money paid for GPS is called "non-refundable Prepay" -Kia-Car was not at all similar to Volkswagen Golf. I'm okay if something unexpected happed and I get a similar car, but not having any car ready 1,5hours after I had booked my car is incacceptable, expecially because it was not mine.

Staff was extremely helpful and professional. However the car I received was not washed and extremely filthy. I had to pay $18 to get it washed myself which was a major inconvenience. The tank was only 3/4 full as well which delayed my trip even further. Price and staff were great. If they can do better at the time of pick up, would be 4-5 stars.

Car was not clean, there were stains inside door of the Car and it was RED. There were empty Gatorade bottles inside of the car and wrappers lying around. The CAR PLAY was not working at all. Even the owner/manager of the rental location couldn't figure out. I have used other rental companies, never faced this issue. I booked compact/economy so that I can save on gas, and I was given Full Size SUV which was such a poor mileage option. This is the worst experience in many life for rental.

This is the 5th time I rented car from Budget but first time bad experience which was actually unexpected. The car was so dirty and full of pets hairs. I was in a rush and so couldn’t get enough time to go back to the office and change car as you know you always check in office but get the car from parking lot on your own. The front desk guy was nice and notified me the gas wasn’t full (1/2) and so I refilled 5/8 (more than 1/2) when I returned the car. I had rented car for two days and returned car to their designated location - all was good. But then I saw they charged extra to my credit card. I called them to know what that extra charge for. I even put notes about refilling gas and car’s conditions when I returned the car. The customer agent said they didn’t get any notes and extra charge was for refilling gas! I explained them the gas wasn’t full and I rather filled up more than it was. Then they asked me to send them receipt that I purchased gas. They should’ve verified the documents with local office before they asked me to provide proof of bank statement of gas purchased. It was so inconvenient, waste of time dealing and renting car with Budget this time.

Tons of people in line at 9 in the morning. We have been waiting for more than 1 hour for our car because the staff are too slow to efficiently serve anybody. There are only 2/3 desks with people, when there are 5 available staff walking around the place as if they are so important. As if that wasn't bad enough, we had to wait 30 minutes more for the car to get here because the place was overbooked and was driving cars from the airport. Never rent from Budget!
