Best jeweler in Boston, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I was hanging out with a couple of friends in Back Bay when I found out that one of my earring's back was lost (probably due to pulling on and off my mask as we walked around the stores). I called the earring manufacturer for a replacement and was told that unfortunately, they do not sell parts. I felt down because that was my favorite pair of earrings and without a back I could not wear them safely. I searched for a jewelry repair store nearby and went into Small Pleasures. The lady was very nice. Although she could not find something like the original one, she managed to find something that would secure my earrings and gave me a pair of them. I tried to pay her for the backs, she refused and said that she would like to give them to me for free (!). I thanked her and left. It has been a couple of weeks. While I am still a bit sad that I lost the uniquely shaped back by the original earring designer, I have found that her backs are much tighter, and they have been holding my earrings tightly. More importantly, I can now roam around everywhere and pull my mask around without worrying about losing my earrings. :) Thank you, thank you! ~Amy
