This review only reflects western Union, not the site. Western Union is bafflingly behind the times in their customer service and their ability to manage their own products. Purchasing a money order and then attempting to have it cashed was needlessly difficult. Next time I will simply buy a gift card. The entire process sent an especially calm person (myself) into a frustration and rage that I haven’t experienced in years. ~Michael
