Best childrens hospital in Hopkinton, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I like my doctor, but it is almost impossible to get an appointment with him. I have had mostly good experiences with the receptionists recently (though that was not the case in the past). However, the past month or so, I have had horrible experiences with the nurses I have interacted with. When I have called with serious concerns, they do not take my concerns seriously, and are incredibly rude and condescending. When I asked for an appointment to see my doctor and was offered a cancellation that I could not make (due to husband traveling and it being very early in the morning with 2 young kids), the nurse called me back and said since I "refused" the appointment that was offered me, I was not getting another one. When I called back after an abnormal test result (since no one bothered to follow up with me) saying I was still having symptoms, I was told to stop exercising and hung up on. Most recently, when I called to follow up on another test result, the nurse questioned whether I was actually having the symptoms that I called earlier in the day about (it seemed like she was implying I was making it up). ~Kristen
