I would never use this office or these Dr's for anything! Waited 1 year for my physical, Dr calls out that day, now I have to wait an additional 6 months to see him. I have had 3 different Dr's in last 5 years cause they keep leaving to join different offices. Kind of tells you something, doesn't it?

I like my doctor, but it is almost impossible to get an appointment with him. I have had mostly good experiences with the receptionists recently (though that was not the case in the past). However, the past month or so, I have had horrible experiences with the nurses I have interacted with. When I have called with serious concerns, they do not take my concerns seriously, and are incredibly rude and condescending. When I asked for an appointment to see my doctor and was offered a cancellation that I could not make (due to husband traveling and it being very early in the morning with 2 young kids), the nurse called me back and said since I "refused" the appointment that was offered me, I was not getting another one. When I called back after an abnormal test result (since no one bothered to follow up with me) saying I was still having symptoms, I was told to stop exercising and hung up on. Most recently, when I called to follow up on another test result, the nurse questioned whether I was actually having the symptoms that I called earlier in the day about (it seemed like she was implying I was making it up).

I switched to this doctor in September of last year. Booked an appointment for a physical literally 4 months out…. That’s insane. Dr. Jillson did not even see me in person for more than 5 minutes. he only spoke with me over the phone while I was in the exam room. The front desk staff is very rude and unfriendly and it takes a good 10 minutes to even get a hold of somebody to schedule a same day appt. I went in to see the nurse practitioner last week and ended up testing positive for a serious bacterial infection. Due to it being a holiday they expected me to wait 4 days until Monday to get on antibiotics!! I finally was able to get a hold of an on call dr on Friday who prescribed me the correct medicine right away and confirmed that it was a serious illness. 4 days later not even a follow up from the nurse practitioner I saw. Although I am feeling much better I cannot attribute that to any competency from this medical staff. I had to take it into my own hands.

Although I like my dr, I can never see her or get an appointment. The front desk staff are mostly awful and I was shamed for not being able to do a virtual appointment at 8am (only time my dr does them apparently), because that’s when my daughter gets on the bus and my 3 yr old isn’t at school yet.

The most incompetent medical group I’ve ever dealt with. My last two scheduled appointments were held with a nurse practitioner instead of my actual physician that I had scheduled the appointments for. On top of that I fear I’ve torn my pectoral muscle recently and at the examination the same nurse practitioner told me she couldn’t do anything to help/diagnose it and I’d need an ultrasound. She claimed she did not know anything about muscle tears and I learned more from the internet on how to treat it than I did from my own doctors office, unbelievable. So the office scheduled an ultrasound for me at a hospital. After arriving and waiting for 50 minutes to be attended a nurse comes out and tells me that the hospital doesn’t scan for muscle tears in the first place. How can a doctors office be so incompetent that they send me to a hospital that does every scan OTHER than muscle tear scans, the only one I need? I will be leaving this brand of buffoons in the dust for a doctor that actually cares about their patients. Working with these people I’ve felt like a product on a shelf rather than a person needing medical attention. Never join this medical group, you will regret it.

I read the reviews now after having a bad experience with the office staff. Everyone says good things about the medical staff but the office staff is the face of this practice and looks like the doctors are not concerned about the staff. We wanted to get a new pediatrician, our insurance company showed the doctors at this practice as accepting new patients. We want to support local Hopkinton businesses but looks like the office staff does not care. They were short over the phone, said that they were not accepting new patients and asked us to check their website. Lo and behold the website shows doctors accepting new patients. Why on earth would the professionals at this practice not care about their front office staff unless they too don't care about feedback. Stay away from this practice.

Dr. Kevin Jillson was outstanding. Professional, thorough, patient, answered all my questions, made me feel I was listened to and respected as a patient. His expertise was apparent and greatly appreciated. His follow-up after my visit was quick and thorough. An outstanding office staff as well!

I just had a ultrasound on my shoulder with Dr Jillson. My visit was great from booking with his wonderful staff right to my visit. His office staff are so personable, and comforting. Dr Jillson is amazing. Both professional and informative. I highly recommend this office.

Horrible experience Dr. Jillson. Surely a smart doctor but he's very young, very unprofessional. had a serious health issue that i had reached out just for some questions and was blatantly ignored. stay away from this place and this doctor, much better providers in the area. I also suspect my race was an issue for this doctor.

Dr. Andrew Willment became my doctor after the physician who took care of me for 40 years retired. Developing a comfort level with a new PCP can take time. With Dr. Willment, the transition was easy, as he is knowledgeable, thoughtful and attentive. Since the start of the COVID pandemic I have had medical issues requiring attention. Dr. Willment has remained accessible and accommodating .It is clear that he loves what he does but most importantly, he cares about his patients and meeting their needs. Whether meeting him in the office or via video conference, quality care is evident. I have been very impressed with the efficiency of his Hopkinton practice. The office staff is courteous, professional and thorough. Dr. Willment always tells you what you need to hear and it is obvious he takes the time to learn the medical history of his new patients. While we all have a tendency to dwell on unpleasant experiences, it is important that we share the good ones, especially those concerning our heroic health care workers during these times.
