Went to buy a pair of joggers that were on sale. Had the purple sale sticker on them for $89. Went to the register and they rang up full price for $128. Usually lululemon will adjust the price to what is on the tag. But they said the joggers were marked wrong and wouldn't honor the price. Doesn't make any sense and very disappointed that I didn't get to purchase because of such a price difference.

Clean store. Friendly staff. The prices are way out in outer space though. I'm sure it's a wonderful product but it's just way too expensive e for my taste.

Cashier all the way to the left was really rude…I will not shop in this store again. She looks like she hates her job and she takes it out to the customers….Lady you need to learn good manners….

I had three leggings that I needed to get hemmed, so I walked up to the women working at the fitting room counter to have them measured. I was told to get in line with the rest of the patrons who were waiting for a fitting room. Ok, the line was long and slow, but that was not an issue since I don't expect to be given some special fast pass to the fitting room. However, as I waited in line, three male customers who also needed their items hemmed, walked up to the same women I interacted with and were let into the next available fitting rooms without having to wait in line. Seriously?! Consider standardizing your procedures and stop dawdling your patrons time.

I can’t rave enough about this Lululemon store. I took my Wunder Trains to the Flagstaff store to get them hemmed, their seamstress truly butchered them (poorly matched thread, uneven stitching). When I picked them up one of the Flagstaff employees told me about how wonderful the Scottsdale Lululemon seamstress is so last weekend I drove here to drop the butchered WTs off to be fixed along with two other pairs I was afraid to leave at the Flagstaff store. I can’t tell you how wonderful Mason (I hope this is the correct spelling) was! Not only she assured me the botched seams will be redone but she also promised me they will all be mailed back to Flagstaff so I don’t have to drive 2.5 hours to pick them up. I honestly would have been fine driving back to pick them up but I agreed to have them mailed back…. Sure enough FedEx dropped off my package with the hemmed tights today and they are freaking perfect!! Straight stitching at the correct hem width and with matching threads. Thank you Lululemon at the Fashion Square in Scottsdale! Nice job training your employees to deliver outstanding customer service and go above and beyond.

Spent $495.25 in their store, paid cash ( five 100 dollar bills ) the guy (?) at the till gave me 75 pennies for change. Said that's ok I don't want pennies for change you can keep it. I. saw quarters dimes and nickels in the register but he said they were low on those so he was giving me pennies instead I'm taking everything back tomorrow and never spending a penny there in the future.

We had a lovely experience at the Lululemon Fashion Center in Scottsdale. Thank you to Kathy, she was the sweetest team member and went above and beyond to help my daughters and I. Great customer service, helpful, and nice! It was a pleasant surprise in this crazy, busy season of retail. This will forever be our favorite store!

My wife and I visited Scottsdale over the past weekend. I was in need of some new ABC slacks. Upon entering the store we were greater by the staff a few times asking if we needed any assistance. We found what I was looking for really quickly, everything was nicely placed in the cubbies, so it was really easy to find my style and size. I apologize if I butcher the spelling of her name!!! Kelly was the one that assisted me with the dressing room and also sizing my slacks to be hemmed. She really did a great job making sure the length was correct ans talked my wife and I through the process, along with being able to pick my pants up the next afternoon. She left a lasting impression and really did a fantastic job.

A lululemon location above the rest. This place is an immaculate display of the lululemon brand with no stone left unturned. Each side of the store is dedicated to men’s or women’s clothing and the store is staffed well with plenty of chipper associates to help you with any questions.
