Closed early over 10 minutes early. Thursday night 7:45 in the mall and the gate was pulled down, girl was sweeping and pretended not to see us and went and hid in the back. Couldn't load up on shoes for back to school.

it's 240 on a Wednesday afternoon and came to the store to get some shoes and was told we had to wait outside right as we were walking up because one of the employees was getting sick and they needed a few moments… It's been like an hour and there was multiple employees and they are still closed.... Doesn't make any sense why one of multiple employees not feeling good would keep the store closed for over an hour 💁🏻♂️ Guess that's what happens when you have children running a business

Went in here for a pair of Doc Marten's, expecting to just try a pair on for comfort and then order the exact pair I wanted online. They ended up having the exact pair in my size, the dude helping me was kind and quick in bringing out the different sizes for me to try on. Him and the lady working (I think she was one of the managers) were both super nice and I had a good conversation with them while they rung me up for the shoes and some socks. Definitely recommend this Journey's location. 👌
