Store manager Angel, is not a very respectful or inclusive, efficient person to be working as a manager. The company should revisit and review the standards in quality of management. This individual is very unprofessional, her behavior as well as her tone and response she chooses to have is not appropriate when addressing any question. My kid has better manners than this visually grown adult...... Management is very unprofessional, workplace seems hostile and very negative towards certain groups of people and horrible with their own employees. Employees are bleak it's no wonder why no one is working with horrible management these days.

Store was good everything clean and organized, what I saw that wasn’t ok was a supervisor screaming at an employee in front of everyone. It just made the environment very tense and awkward. I’m here to shop and enjoy the little time I get to step outside especially during these times. I understand getting your employees in trouble but just not in customers time. Very disrespectful and unprofessional of Susana.

This store use to be great, not sure what happened. The employees always seem mad, stores a mess ( never would be ) , and they never have anything anymore. Also, I had a very bad customer service experience with a lady under the name Jemimah ( pancake brand ) I believe that’s her name. She closed the store 10 mins before they actually close! I just needed something quick for an interview the next morning, but she didn’t answer the phone or anything. I’ve had other bad experiences with her, she has an attitude problem. To make it worse I think she’s the main store manager. This locations customer service is horrible as well as the inventory. Corporate please do something! I’ve been shopping at Bealls, Mesa location for the past 10 years.

Bealls always has great deals. Mondays are discounted. Also coupon available when you shop and earn points. Stores are clean and well organized.

Would have been better if they would have enforced masks. 4 people walked around without masks. One didn't wear one at all and 2 took theirs off. I asked an employee and she saw them. She asked one of the guys to put his mask on, buy when he took it off right away it was ignored. One employee wore a chin guard and had her nose out of her mask. Just don't think I can come back

I love to come here and find good deals. The store is very clean, well kept and lighting makes it feel very bright and comforting. The staff are always helpful. Dressing rooms are big lots of space to try on clothes. I love that there are many departments to shop from, it has a men's, kids, infants women, plus toys and household items. Not to mention a good selection of accessories. Prices are low pretty much very affordable.

The reason for 4 stars is because the prices are kind of all over the place at times but I bet you can’t walk out without buying anything. The store itself is very clean and organized, quite refreshing when compared to other stores like Ross and DD’s. The staff are super friendly and the selection, though not always the best price, is quite great. I’d suggest coming here.
