Store manager Angel, is not a very respectful or inclusive, efficient person to be working as a manager. The company should revisit and review the standards in quality of management. This individual is very unprofessional, her behavior as well as her tone and response she chooses to have is not appropriate when addressing any question. My kid has better manners than this visually grown adult...... Management is very unprofessional, workplace seems hostile and very negative towards certain groups of people and horrible with their own employees. Employees are bleak it's no wonder why no one is working with horrible management these days. ~Stephanie

I like how this Marshalls is spacious with many items to look at and looking into buying. I arrived at 9pm and have noticed staff just walking around you, looking around like you are going to steal. While I understand that staffs may be trained to be on the lookout for thieves, it is unfair to think every customer is. The cashier was nice. ~Kailua

Walmart does a very good job keeping the aisles clean and in order. It is always nice to go to their stores no matter where and it is always the same, clean, orderly and bright! ~Estrella

Never ever has my family and I experienced unprofessional service. My younger sister was trying on pants and the whole time both my sisters and I were being followed by one of the employees as if we wanted to steal. One of the things that made it Worst was all the employees were loud saying "shut up and cursing" the entire time we were there. The second thing they did was be obvious about it by sending an employee after my younger sister but the funny thing is that a white family was also there and didn't make a big deal about them, didn't send an employee after them. We felt discriminated. Discrimination at its finest. The cashier that checked my younger sister was nice but that's about it. This store is gross but not because it's messy but because the employees are rude for assuming us Hispanics will steal. Never again will my family or I be shopping at any pacsun stores. ~Alondra

Needed to get some skate wax asap and was able to get the best and much needed help from the boy Matt at the counter and bro was a the biggest lifesaver for some sick clips, so much appreciation to MY local shop, i skate by all the time🤙🏽🖤 ~nick

First time going to a Hot Topic and actually liked some of the shirts in there. A couple of weird people in there (as expected if you've never been to one) and it's dark;there was lots of shading. The staff at the time were two cute girls working the cash register and they we very friendly and professional. Might have to go again in about 2 months once I lose more weight. ~Hector

Closed early over 10 minutes early. Thursday night 7:45 in the mall and the gate was pulled down, girl was sweeping and pretended not to see us and went and hid in the back. Couldn't load up on shoes for back to school. ~NiceGuy

Walked in with 100% of my hearing. Walked out completely deaf lol. The music was so loud and awful. You couldn't even enjoy shopping. I have now walked three stores down and can still hear the music. I didn't even spend a full minute in there. Started walking around but the music was obnoxious and I didn't see anyone in there. The floors were super dirty. Cheapy clothes. Not worth it ~Chelsie
