Service needs to be explained to employees. Went to buy tools for work,waited in aisle 35 minutes for an "associate" to open tool bin. Never showed. Kept ringing for assistance. Was ignored I figured. Asked numerous employees who had keys and where I can find them. Answer; I don't know.! Apparently I don't know is a job classification there. Finally decided to give up and find manager who might know something, no luck there either. Listened to her call for assistance over microphone getting no answer. This experience has made me notwant to shop Walmart anymore.

Clean store..Staff love to assist the customer as best as they can. Seems to always have most things in stocked. They greet as you come and go very politely and professional. I enjoy shopping here...Easy to find things by using Walmart app...

Disgusting dirty store and always under stock. Unfortunately this is the only Walmart close to my house that delivers my groceries. The meat is always spoiled, and I never receive my full list that I've order online for delivery. Everything has to be substituted due to low or no inventory.

I enjoy coming here, however the areas by the motorized carts are a bit crowded. I have used a cart that was available. No out or order sign. Literally shaking like crazy. I'm pregnant. An employee says "It's fully charged" That's true but it's not working or safe to use. Cart attendant should have informed maintenance to put a sign on it. I am extremely low vision and am desperately needing bifocals. I can't afford them. I have epilepsy. When my balance is off or I can't see, I can't help it. I need to go close to the aisles. I'm not able to see the gates that lead me in and out and I get irritated when employees get at me or accuse me of things. I can't see. Can you please start practicing some patience? The pharmacy is actually really patient, there's a good selection. Employees are a bit rude. The pictures below are often my experiences. "That cart is out of order" "Hey hunny that card is working" Has a full battery. The picture on the left shows my experience when I'm trying to park a motorized cart. A cart right in front of it that should be placed in a proper area for carts. Update: When I attended yesterday a group of Hispanic women attempted to steal my groceries I was buying with my WIC card. There was no divider and I bought my items for WIC with my card 0 issues. I also paid for the rest of my food with dollar bills and change 2 receipts validated this. The cashier put them in the bags for me. She was so kind. I let management be aware of the situation with the women. I got stopped by security for no reasoning. I showed him my receipt and even with my receipt he was following me outside while I waited for my ride indoors. And one of the plugs for was 100 percent busted so the mobility scooter was suddenly not available. Cart attendants will place blame on the people that need them rather than resolve things peacefully. Pharmacy is extremely patient, however. Self checkout is so simple. Most of the pharmacists and assistant managers are decent. The greeters and assistants are a little bit lazy. The third picture on the right is what I saw when I needed this cart for my mobility.

Walmart does a very good job keeping the aisles clean and in order. It is always nice to go to their stores no matter where and it is always the same, clean, orderly and bright!

This has Been our 1 stop Shop since the move from California . From Home Needs, Braiding Supplies to Home School Supplies; this Wal-Mart has everything plus more . I miss the McDonald's but they still got it going on. Very Good Shopping Center .

This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever experienced in regard to follow through, answering the phone, and answering any questions in a useful manner. I had a simple question to ask, and called a total of 43 times over the course of 3 days before someone actually answered the call. I have had other prior experiences at this store that were awful as well. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

If you need bike supplies and its behind that locked glass cabinet, you might as well go to the action ride shop, or the global bikes down the street maybe even a different Walmart. I waited at the cabinet with that red button for 15 minutes before I went to get help from the fabric department. They were kind and helpful, but even they didn't know who was in charge of the cabinet. Even after announcing on the store wide loud speaker, another 10 minutes of waiting at the cabinet no one showed up. I didn't feel like wasting another 10 minutes waiting so I left empty handed. All of this was timed on my stop watch. I understand that things were probably busy, but items that cost 2$ should not be locked behind a glass pane, and if you cant get people to come to the cabinet in at most 15 minutes, you need more staff.
