Excellent. David Constant our customer rep. was very efficient, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. He kept us informed of the progress of our purchase of a Volvo XC40 which was held up by the universal supply chain failure. The closing by Emma was the best we've ever had. Fast and efficient, unlike my experience with other dealers which always caused me to rue the fact that I was buying a car. My wife loves the car because the seating is very comfortable (she has had some hip issues) and the fit and finish of the car and the simplicity of operation and layout out of controls is excellent and well explained to us by the staff. After hearing the stories of other dealer's attempts to squeeze their customers for more money I was impressed with the honesty and integrity of the dealership, Volvo Cars Cape Cod, a unit of Premier. We will definitely Go back to Volvo and the dealership and especially David Constant for our next purchase. ~jeffrey
