Dealerships are always going to be a scam, I get that, but to send me a “courtesy” diagnostic bill with almost $10k in repairs is absurd (and no mention of the reason I brought my car in on there). Life is stressful enough, why try to rob people on top of it? I brought my car in to get one thing fixed, my heat, which I told them what it was, a resistor. And to hit me with an additional $180 to tell me the exact thing I already told them is ludicrous. Oh, and they told me they won’t fix the heat without doing an interior detailing of my car….. what???Also, Andrea jones is the literal worst kind of person to deal with customers. When I told her how upsetting it was to be sent a bill for almost $10,000, she pretty much just told me to take my business elsewhere. Volvo is the only one able to fix my heat, so now I’m left without heat all winter. Thanks so much, Andrea Jones! Edit: to your comment below, we spoke yesterday, so not sure why you are commenting to call you again, unless it’s just for appearances..

My new car is great ! Chrissy took great care of me during the financing process and made things so easy ! I was looking for a specific year and model and she found exactly what I wanted . They even delivered my car to my house ! So happy , highly recommend them !

I was taking my XC60 to Hyannis Volvo for 6 years. The mechanics that have done the work on my car at HV have always done great, complete and reliable work, and I would give them 5 stars. Please exclude the mechanics from this review. However, the last time I needed service the service manager "test drove" my car for almost 170 miles, without my knowledge or permission. He drove it to his home in Quincy and back to work the next day. When I went to pick up the car, 1/4 of my gas was gone. I had filled the tank on the way to dropping the car off, so I was shocked and looked at my odometer. Odometer mileage showed 166 miles were driven since I dropped the car off, but somehow that difference was not recorded on the service invoice for mileage in, mileage out. The service manager said, "Well you are the first person to complain." That only added insult to injury. It's more likely I am the first person to notice. In any case, I am definitely done with a dealership's service department that can't be trusted.

The best dealership experience I have ever had. David was outstanding, Emma knew just which car to show me and the gentleman who showed me how to use all the bells and whistles did a great job! (Apologies for not remembering his name!). The process was very transparent, no pressure and above and beyond our expectations. I will be using this dealership for a long time. I would highly recommend this dealership.

David was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He helped us search and found just the one we wanted. The car was available to us within a week. Emma has helped us with the paper work. She was engaging and really knew what to do. She gave us options and explained everything clearly. David helped us set up the app on our phones. Then another gentleman took is to our vehicle and went through all the features and options on the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and kind. We felt we joined a family. If you are looking for car, stop by Volve. I Love ❤️ my New Vehicle and I really Like Volvo Cars Cape Cod they are Awesome !

Excellent. David Constant our customer rep. was very efficient, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. He kept us informed of the progress of our purchase of a Volvo XC40 which was held up by the universal supply chain failure. The closing by Emma was the best we've ever had. Fast and efficient, unlike my experience with other dealers which always caused me to rue the fact that I was buying a car. My wife loves the car because the seating is very comfortable (she has had some hip issues) and the fit and finish of the car and the simplicity of operation and layout out of controls is excellent and well explained to us by the staff. After hearing the stories of other dealer's attempts to squeeze their customers for more money I was impressed with the honesty and integrity of the dealership, Volvo Cars Cape Cod, a unit of Premier. We will definitely Go back to Volvo and the dealership and especially David Constant for our next purchase.

I found this dealership to be very helpful, informative and patient. They took the time to explain everything. I found them not pushy and always keeping the customers interest first. David and Harold both were a pleasure to deal with along with the girl in the finance department, the service manager and the young man who explained the car’s features. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

We were taken in and treated with professionalism and courteous right from the start. Emma and Harold focused on us while we were there and did not deviate from the questions we had asked of them. Always a “can-do” attitude….. no pressure sales. Kara B was also very professional, courteous and treated us with respect and walked us through the process.
