Luis my service coordinator and Frank my service tech are top notch!!! Both were extremely knowledgeable and actually listened to me. There was no lag in communication, I was updated at periodically which I appreciated. The level of customer service and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. I love my Audi and I don’t think I will ever shop anywhere else or have my car serviced anywhere else- herb chambers as a whole sets the bar very high.

Fabulous experience while purchasing a car from Audi Brookline. I had to custom order the car in January 2022. Manuel Rios Alers was fantastic, patient and incredibly professional. Picked up the car today, almost 9 months later and Manuel tutored us on all aspects of the car, tech and Audi app. From the business manager to office manager, and everyone in between, the buying experience was most pleasant, courteous and expeditious. Definitely will buy from them again.

Luis gave outstanding services throughout the hours it took to get my car serviced. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive to details, listening to the customer and kept me informed throughout the day. He also anticipated needs such as offering the round trip Uber transport which I very much appreciated. Also, receiving the video from the mechanic performing the service on my car showing the unexpected finding of the nail in the tire allowed to have it fixed in one visit. The employees of Audi Brookline went above and beyond to make my car buying experience legendary. Traveling from out of state, I was nervous about the different requirements that may exist, etc. when purchasing a new car in Massachusetts - not to mention the logistics/ coordination of making time to test drive the vehicle, complete paperwork, and more. BUT this team made my purchase seamless! Cathy, Kayla, and Stephanie (along with several other staff) were courteous, transparent and ACCOMMODATING!! On top of all of this, they ensured that my car didn’t leave the lot without having passed all of standard safety checks/ inspections that would make my commute home PERFECT. Can’t thank this group enough for the exceptional service - they all deserve a raise!! Will absolutely be back to buy more vehicles and the future and would recommend them as 10 out of 10 for anyone who’s interested in buying!!

I had a great car buying experience at Audi Brookline. My salesperson, Manny was unbelievable! He couldn’t have been more patient and understanding. He went out if his way to find the answers to all my questions and accommodate all my needs. He painstakingly went over all the technology until I was comfortable using on my own. If you’re in the market for an Audi, I would highly recommend seeing Manny at Brookline Audi. The manager, Kayla was great as well. She drives a hard bargain but we very quickly reached a great deal!

Manny is great!! Really friendly and super helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend asking for him if you're looking to buy a new Audi. Went in on Monday to look at the car, came home with it on that Thursday. 10/10, would recommend.

I’ve been taking my RS5 sportback here for the past year or so for service and tire swaps and everything has been great. Each time the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Jessica, she has outstanding service and I appreciate how she trys to help me in any way she can. For example I had a flat tire and had only scheduled for 1 swap but she said they found another tire with issues and she scheduled another tire for me as part of my initial deductible. So instead of paying twice, she helped me out by grouping them together. Not only Jessica, Tony and Daniel are great service reps as well and have helped me in the past. I’d say my only complaint is that sometimes the wait is longer than expected buts that fine since I don’t mind waiting and looking at the showroom. Especially when theres an R8! Overall if you got an Audi and are in the Boston area, definitely take your ride here for service and maintenance if you aren’t already.
