i have been trying for 3 hrs to call and order parts for my truck. Every time i call i get no ring, just connects with no one on the other end. After calling about 50 times i finally get someone, i ask for parts department and get put on hold for 10 minutes. Then someone just hangs up the line i was holding on. I will never try to get parts from these guys again. I have a fleet of tractors i manage and have never had so much issues as i have just trying to get a hold of a parts person. MHC has lost a good customer due to incompetence at answering a simple phone call.

Why do I have to wait over a day for service.it might be 2 days before they pull in.i dont think I want to come to this kenworth ever again.i have sat here patiently and waited for nothing.what a joke.i wouldn't give you 1 star .big waste of my time coming here.

Had front shocks replaced and drove from Texas to Massachusetts. Needless to say one shock fell completely off the truck. Now they won't reimburse me the money I had to spend to fix it. Never again will I use this shop

Called 5 times in one day to talk to someone in new truck sales, all I got was voicemails. Obviously they don't want to sell any new trucks and they have no customer service.

Came here 3 weeks ago to get differential replaced now I'm back due to a leaking pinion seal and turns out the pinion seal is leaking cause they cross threaded the pinion nut on and now they cnt get it off.horrible service and my wife would make a better mechanic Than these people

service is terrible bring them the truck with a code with an injector failing the truck was guarantee because only had a few days to buy it there, spent more than a week to fix it, take it out on a Friday and Saturday (next day)have to go back with the same problem only they had cleaned up the code,the second time they change the injector but spend one week more ,it is the that's the worst Kenworth across the country and I see that no manager there cares improve service and your reputation is pretty bad according to all the comments I read here

I went to that dealer because my check engine was ON and i have told them to fix it because my truck was under warranty,,,,, they were too busy and i had to wait till next day and stay on motel room,, when they called me they said it was nothing wrong with the truck all they have to do is erase the computer, and they charge me $250.00 just to do that,. i told them it was under warranty and they said that they have to charge me because therewas nothing to fix. i think they are not honest dealer because they should tell me that since the beginning, and clear the computer takes only few minutes,,,,
