When I noticed that my 2018 Jeep Wrangler was having corrosion issues and bubbling paint on the doors and hinges, I took it in to get looked at by Anthony Dinezio in the collision center. He took pictures, submitted a claim on my behalf, and scheduled me to get it repaired under warranty. Even though there were some delays (through no fault of their own), Anthony and Jeanna were very transparent and communicative throughout the whole process. They even pulled some strings to get me a rental for the time the Jeep was in the shop. The finished paint job is amazing, it looks like nothing ever happened! Highly recommend Anthony, Jeanna, and their team if you are having similar issues; the work they do is top notch and doing business with them is a breeze.

I recently had an excellent experience purchasing a new car at the Jeep Chrysler in Norwood. Usually we expect the visit to a car dealership to be a sort of uncomfortable experience. That is definitely not true at this Jeep dealership. Elton, the sales associate , was very helpful and professional in all the aspects and details. Bill, the sales manager , very attentative and respectful for the customer’s needs and provided space and time for the customer’s decision. The finance expert, Ms. Andrade provided also a very positive experience , very different from the interactions you can have with the finance dept. at other dealership. Overall, an extremely satisfying experience and i will recommend Elton and the team there to all my friends shopping for the right car through the right experience. A great job by all with a relaxed pace!

We had a great experience purchasing/ordering our new Jeep Wrangler. Carlos was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. He could answer every question we had. I should have given this dealership a one star if it hadn't been for a loan officer by the name of Travis Ziegler. He has made my experience very people friendly, that is the least I can ever say about their car sales person. They are overly aggressive in how one approaches a value costumer, meaning they are much interested in the brand of vehicles offered. Twice going to the same dealership I was rudely interrupted by a sales person in whom I was not talking to. Travis is person who shows respect and understanding that a customer who has decided to put their hard earn money to purchase a vehicle of they're liking🤙🏼

I had a great experience buying my Wagoneer from Central Jeep!!! Zenia was wonderful through the financing process. Karl was great during delivery helping us get setup and walking us through how to use the technology and features! Would highly recommend this dealership if you want no hassles and an easy buying experience!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this dealership. I test drove two vehicles. The vehicle that was more ideal- less mileage, lower price- had an open recall, which I was told would slightly delay the buying process by about a week. However, the next day they stated they were not sure how long it would take for the open recall to be fixed and this could take months. Notably, this was after they knew time was of the essence since I was in a lease. The other vehicle I test drove with slightly more miles and higher price had a little more wear and tear than the first car I test drove. I made it very clear that if I was to get the latter car, it needed to be cleaned and detailed well. I was assured that they spend top dollar for their detailing service. On the day I picked up my vehicle, the car was in the same condition, except it was vacuumed. It was evident the car was not detailed as the stain that was there previously was still blatant and a slightly large scuff mark still apparent on the door. They chalked this up to "the car being a used car." Although I did not except the car to be brand new as it is 2 years old, the assurance I received previously about their "$400 detailing service" was wholly deceptive. They brought my car back for "detailing" two more times that evening until they eventually told me to come back next Wednesday for my car to be detailed while I received my inspection sticker. Fast forward to next week, the only work that was done after waiting 2 hours was my inspection sticker. The car was again not detailed and the worker who buffs out scratches was not working that day, as he is only there on Thursdays. No one mentioned he was there only on Thursdays, despite knowing I was coming on Wednesday for the scratch to be buffed out. They also promised to change the batteries in both key fobs, which I thought they did until this morning when my car did not start due to my key fob battery being dead. I could continue on about the incredibly terrible service I received; however, I do not wish to waste anymore time with this dealership. I will never return to this dealership, nor recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

The sale rep Elton was great to work with. Between going on test drive, offering multiple vehicles, working with me on financing and trade in along with walking through all the features of the mobile apps and interior/exterior of the vehicle, they did a great job on helping me secure a new vehicle

Excellent experience. The sales man Mark Wiseman was awesome. We took two cars out for test drives a Rubicon and Grand Cherokee. Both rides we fun. He answered all my questions perfectly. Was honest throughout. The two financial folks we worked with were great. We were telling jokes. One of them schooled me on some finance tricks. The woman was great. We talked about our dogs. And the best thing they didn’t take weeks to get us approved and get the paper work done. Would definitely recommend

Our first experience was not a good one at all. We bought a new van and it came with problems, they knew about the problem and they delivered the car to us anyway. One day after picking up the car, we identified the problem and took the car back to the dealership, they kept the car for a week and the day we picked up the car again, we had the same problem. We took the car to the service again and we are already completing almost two weeks and until today they have not solved our problem. We already have to pay the first installment on the car and we haven't used the car for a single day. I don't recommend anyone to have the experience I had. When I went to buy the service it was wonderful, after we made the financing the after sales service and service was the worst a customer can receive. Look for another store!!!
