In the past few weeks I have been into the store three times. I upgraded two phones on separate occasions, and added a line to my plan. I was in and out of the store, with a smile on my face in less than an hour with every transaction. When I upgrade my phones on previous but recent occasions the two blonde associates that assisted me were top notch. Today I worked with Jeremy and he was fast, knowledgable, respectful and clearly very good at what he does. I have found it very rare to work with three separate associates and all be this good at their jobs. If you need to go into a store to do the transactions, this is the store you should go to. ~Evan

Ali was very helpful.. got a new unlimited line for my son and for my stepdaughter, an iPhone 7, iphone case, and paid the first month of service for both of them.. total was $320. Really not sure I could beat that.. plus we were in and out in less than an hour. ~Samantha
