Best packaging supply store in Leominster, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I rented a van for three hours two weeks ago. Just to pick up a Grill because I didn’t have a truck we only have cars in my family. The grill was tied to the wall of the van never rolled anywhere and when I got home with the me and my wife unloaded the grill no problem. I returned the van as is maybe went over on the estimated mileage a little but. When I saw my credit card bill I notice a $232 charge on my credit card. When I returned to the location to ask why I was charge the assistant manager told me if you didn’t accept or look at the vehicle before hand in the terms and conditions we can charge you for whatever we want to on the van. It’s up to us so we charged you $150.00 for a broken handle in the van. I truly did not break anything in this van I took it to Worcester and back to Leominster. This is fraud and I will be filing a civi suit against uhaul this is far from over. It’s not my fault the person before me did not check in that van correctly and then rented it out to me I will not rest until it’s refunded and I get an apology. ~Peter
