Yaaaaaaa!! SO happy with this place today they have an awesome hitch expert here Natalie and she did a top notch job not only installing our hitch herself but finding the one we needed right away. if you need a hitch and you can't find one at the stores this UHauL place will be able to help with that and you can feel positive it is being installed correctly while you wait. i highly recommend this Leominster location :)

I rented a van for three hours two weeks ago. Just to pick up a Grill because I didn’t have a truck we only have cars in my family. The grill was tied to the wall of the van never rolled anywhere and when I got home with the me and my wife unloaded the grill no problem. I returned the van as is maybe went over on the estimated mileage a little but. When I saw my credit card bill I notice a $232 charge on my credit card. When I returned to the location to ask why I was charge the assistant manager told me if you didn’t accept or look at the vehicle before hand in the terms and conditions we can charge you for whatever we want to on the van. It’s up to us so we charged you $150.00 for a broken handle in the van. I truly did not break anything in this van I took it to Worcester and back to Leominster. This is fraud and I will be filing a civi suit against uhaul this is far from over. It’s not my fault the person before me did not check in that van correctly and then rented it out to me I will not rest until it’s refunded and I get an apology.

I want to thank Jeremy for being amazing. After chasing around several places for a hitch we were finally directed to the Leominster site by U-Haul corp and I paid almost $90 for a part to be overnighted. Showed up for the installation to find that part was not overnighted. We explained our timeline on moving to Jeremy and he was just awesome. Found a store that had the part and assured us we would have a hitch that day, and we did. Thank you Jeremy for being so kind and empathetic along with so helpful. While this move has been nothing but one calamity after another you were a ray of sunshine. And had you not found that part, the customer service you extended to us would have still prompted me to rave about your services!! I-Haul…you have a consummate professional and a gem in Jeremy!

Because of the reviews I was kinda afraid to rent my first Uhaul here but I’m glad I did the manager was friendly and he made sure to answer all the questions. I had a good experience I used a rental for about 5 hour good price. I will use this location again.

Horrible experience with this location. Double booked my rental not once, not twice, but 3 times I drove 30min to the location to be told the vehicle I had on hold was Double booked and off lot rented out to someone else. No calls no notifications no customer rep tried to notify us before we drove there. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible service. Never again. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Negative stars. No stars. Horrible experience.

I bought a rental just for a few hours, and little did I know that these people like to screw customers over. I was charged double for the mileage, a late fee (after I was told I wouldn't be charged), and for gas even though I returned it with a full tank. The phones don't work, when I tried to call because I was 3 minutes late returning the truck nobody would answer. Fortunately I contacted corporate to express the issues with the staff and issues this location has. Very unfortunate, but lesson learned, I will never rent from Uhaul.

From all the reviews I see, how is this place still operating. Extremely rude staff, they just say over and again it's not their problem, and no respect for customers. I have never dealt with such rudeness in my life! It needs to be overhauled, or every one fired and start over. I know things are tough but there is no excuse for this kind of behavior! I will be reaching out to corporate about this, I'm not letting this go.

If I could give a negative star or none at all I would've. Awful customer service!!! We made a reservation for a storage unit. The grab all our information, card # gave me an confirmation # ect. We go in to today to get the storage and find out they rented it to someone else already after they said we were all set. The lady tell me there's nothing she can do for me. Tell me there is no other storage available. Poor customer service. Your workers should be able to be train well to know not to rent a storage that is already reserve. I dont recommend this place at all!

Worst customer service ever. I was overcharged on my debit card and spoke to corporate about a refund which was approved however the branch manager never proceeded with the refund. Rude employees as well. Definitely not using uhaul again and don’t recommend it. I’ll definitely use Home Depot’s Penske truck rentals if I was you.
