They did a good job with the repair of my car. Before leaving I tested the operation of the repaired area and found an issue that was quickly addressed by the mechanic. The reason for the 3 stars is the customer service was sub par. Of the 4 times they said they would call me back with an answer to a question, they only did it once, and then only when it was extremely pressing. This made things more difficult and unpredictable for me as a customer. Happy with the repair work. Unhappy with the customer service.

This has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. This company towed my car and won’t answer the phone to explain to me where my car is or how I can get it. They towed my car on a Friday and pretty much leave me no option but to be vehicle less for a weekend. Absolutely ridiculous. Should have their tow contract with the city revoked for asinine service. Service: Car towing

I brought my car in to have some front end damage repaired. This was the only place I found that didn't quote me almost twice what I paid for my car. They also let me find and bring in my own parts, and didn't try to make me buy any parts I didn't need. They also let me decide if I wanted to paint it or not! They were very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. My car looks so good, I'm very pleased with the outcome.

My car needed repairs after hitting something in the road during a heavy rain storm. Acme appraised the damage and had parts ordered right away. Upon receiving the parts, they had my car repaired, painted and ready for pick up within a weeks time. Not only that, they vacuumed it out, too. The front desk people were pleasant and helpful and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend Acme!! Thanks for a great job!!

Took my car there because someone sideswiped my new car and they did an awesome job you can't even tell there was any damage to the car I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Call them to get my 1990 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 painted. I figured it would be cheap because it's already primed and a small car but they wanted $2,500 to paint my car gunmetal Gray. Which I thought was kinda ridiculous. I will definite find another place to get it painted. Unless your insurance covers the paint or damage I would find another place to go first if I was you......

Acme Auto body is a very professional and legit company.I visited many local auto body shops in my area and Acme Auto Body was the best I came across based on their professionalism,friendly and comfortable environment and how courteous the staff were to me as a customer.I got into an accident where I wasn't at fault and they made the body damage look as if nothing happened.The paints blends so smooth an seamless like a new car.In fact the right side of my car looks even better than it was with a fresh new headlight:) When I dropped my car of to get fixed,Acme Auto Body also provided me a connection to the car rental company and I was even able to get a free ride from their body shop to go pick up my car rental based on their connection with Hertz. I will highly recommend Acme Auto body in Leominster. One of the best in town!!!
