I traded my jeep and bought a used explorer from Jake he was great to deal with no pressure. The finance paperwork with JC was a breeze. I literally spent 2 hours at dealership and that included a long test drive. I was impressed with how quick and efficient they were. Also got a very fair amount in my trade. Lahti's Jeep has been Amazing! After a bad experience w another local dealer I found myself apprehensive but still needing a new vehicle. Wilson helped me design the Jeep of my dreams! He & Jay were attentive & honest every step of the way. I've had my Rubicon for about 5 months now & I love it! Just went for my 1st oil change & had a few other things taken care of as well. I ordered my 2022 Jeep Wrangler from Lahti’s, we specifically dealt with Dianne, who was very helpful from the start. She explained all the options available and did not at any time do the “hard sell” that can happen at car dealerships. She kept me appraised of the progress of the building of the car, which was slowed by the Omicron variant surge. She then came in on her day off when the Jeep finally arrived, to finish the paperwork and show me all the features of my new car. I have no complaints at all except that it took about 19 weeks to build my new car instead of the usual 6-8 weeks, but that was due to pandemic supply and manpower issues, and not due to anything that Lahti’s had control over.
