Ordered tires on line and made an appointment. They told me they were unable to install the tires on my vehicle. A tire place that is unable to install tires is frustrating enough however the reason for the bad review is because they are now refusing to give me a refund. They want me to go to another tire place to take off my tires and bring it back. I don’t want to do that I just want my money back but as of this writing they have not refunded my money. Complete amateurs tire place. This is my second poor experience getting tires there and there will not be a third.
