Recently cancelled Spectrum TV. The customer service agent informed me I had 14 days to return equipment; he instructed me to make a reservation @ my local Spectrum store. I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival an associate greeted me and assisted with the check in process. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. I found the staff to be helpful and courteous. ~Chris

Really nice, professional staff! They listen to what you want and do a beautiful job...my nails are stunning even after 2-3 weeks. Great HGTV lol and lovely, soothing music in the background. Everyone is kind , attentive, and very, very good at what they do. ~Cheryl

Forgot to add the stars to my review and don't see it posted so this time I've added the stars and will say again that I've had my taxes prepared at Liberty Ludlow for 4/5 years and haven't found anything to complain about yet. Up until this year Diane has prepared my taxes and has been friendly and welcoming and this year although I don't have her name right now was also friendly, easy to talk to, and got my taxes done fast. Even the I.R.S. was fast this year. Took only one week for both State and federal to be direct deposited to my account so I've been pretty satisfied with their service every year and unless someday I decide to do it myself Liberty tax Ludlow is where I will be having my taxes prepared in future. ~Damien

I had just moved into town and met Gloria at the Ludlow Branch. I told her I needed to find a new bank. She welcomed me with open arms. Explained all the services the bank offered, and very quickly I had opened my new accounts along with a safety deposit box . Gloria was also very informative as to guiding me around town, places to go, where services were located and offered to help me in anyway that she could. The Ludlow branch is warm and friendly each time i visit there. Westfield Bank has a gem in Gloria. 4 GOLD STARS. ~Lee

horrible customer service. applied for a HELOC over a month ago and have had no response to our emails we sent or phone messages we left. Never received a denial letter. NOTHING Lisa Calkins clearly cares less about her customers!! We will be moving our finances elsewhere. ~c

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service here- At the Window, over the phone, and in person. The area is well groomed, plenty of parking, and the lobby is always tidy, clean, and tasteful. ~Merciless
