Their service is awful. Always issues with internet and connected devices. I finally had fiber installed in my house so I went to the Chicopee store to return all the equipment and cancel my service. Was checking my bank account a couple months after and found they they kept charging me for those services and equipment even though I canceled everything in their store.

The in-store experience has always been horrible, they work by commission and will try their hardest to get the most out of you without caring about your actual needs as a costumer. Getting out of the mess the employee set me up in has been harder than any other service provider I have had before. If you go here, go in with a plan and be to the point. I just wanted to get my phone replaced and I ended up with two phone lines (it's reportedly cheaper, not true) and a broken internet modem that my tech brother couldn't even set up. After an hour on the phone I'm half way through getting everything canceled and have heard its common by two costumer service representatives. Bad Business!

I’m actually waiting at this location as we speak. Utterly rude staff with plenty of time to eat lunch yet not enough time to help customers. It’s a true laughing stock how they can advertise “excellent & fast service” while several of us customers have been waiting several hours just to be seen. Multiple people have left after not having been seen for a half hour to several hours. Ridiculous. Cancel your service ASAP and convert to Crossroads Fiber offered by Chicopee Electric Light. Charter Spectrum has been a thorn in my side for the final time, they will not see me in here again.

I'll be honest I was a bit skeptical about this location because the reviews were so brutal. I was pleasantly surprised though. I had to sign in to be in line, and there were already people in the store but they attended to everyone quickly. Paul was lovely and was patient with me regardless of my ramblings. I ended up replacing my modem, getting a new router, and upgrading my plan. It took a few minutes to set everything up but it was smooth sailing afterwards. By the way, if they are "yelling" your name, they're probably just trying to get your attention.

Don't bother! I've pared my services down to just internet and even that is terrible. It is slow most of the time - often buffering. You can forget about watching anything if it rains. Your screen will becoming pixelated and pause throughout whatever you are watching. The price of $69.99/month (once the introductory offer of $54.99 expires) for 300 Mbps is laughable! Spectrum is BY FAR the worst internet service provider in the area. I am researching other vendors as I type this review. If I could give zero stars....I would. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I went to your Chicopee store this morning about 10:45. I was surprised to see after I checked in I was 13 th! Really. All I needed was to exchange one remote. I waited about 15 minutes looked at the board and I was 8 th. I left. I live close to the old Ludlow location. They were great. Now it's another corporate save money plan. Nicely done. Should you really have to wait in line an hour to replace one remote??? I don't think so. Companies are forcing their customers to go on line. Some of us want to still have face to face customer service. Bare minimum have more help on . Thanks

If I were rating customer service at the store I would give this 5 stars. My issue is that Charter is not ADA compliant. They do not have any service for low vision or blind customers.

Recently cancelled Spectrum TV. The customer service agent informed me I had 14 days to return equipment; he instructed me to make a reservation @ my local Spectrum store. I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival an associate greeted me and assisted with the check in process. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. I found the staff to be helpful and courteous.

I went in to return my mothers box. I called HQ and asked if there would be a problem returning the box to the store as I wasn't on the account, they advised me I should have no problems. I went to the store and instantly gave me attitude (two older women) that I HAD to be on the account and I should be going to UPS. Um no, the return box itself has 2 options (1. Return to UPS 2. Return to ANY store). For some reason they have a STORE policy to only take returns from authorized account holders. I called HQ and they are allowed to have different policies. They tried to force the UPS option multiple times, but it's just that...an OPTION. (That's like saying McDonalds and Chick Fil A are lunch options and you must go with McDonalds if they are open because they are first - thats how these ladies forced their incessant need to push me going to UPS instead of simply being added to the account). I would have been ok with that if they simply said "It is a store policy to only accept returns from an authorized user" No - they were 100% rude and obnoxious to me and tried to make it seem it was a Spectrum policy as a whole and I was out of line. I asked if I called my mother if they could add me on if she spoke to them and that's when they doubled their attitude. If they were educational about their policy and not aggressive...oh and the store had 4 employees and these 2 were the only ones sitting on their butts. The male and other woman were kind to the customers, open about policy and showed no disrespect...Unlike these two women. Train your staff to educate customers, or put a note up or put something in your Kiosk asking if you are an authorized user when returning equipment. I'm not ticked by policy, but how these two wrecked women were rude and disrespectful. I was a paying customer for 7.5 years until my mother took over the bill when she moved in and NEVER have I been treated like those two wenches treated me. I'll see them again today now that my mother added me to the account. They WILL do their job.

The employees at this store are rude. Despite what Spectrum claims about "caring about your time" they sure don't act like they do. If your looking to switch to this mobile service (Spectrum) and you have any issues, good luck getting help. You cannot call a store and ask questions. Our experience in the first three days has been horrible. I wouldn't recommend Spectrum.
