If I could give 0 stars I would. We have a new modem from Comcast that we rent, under a year old. And it has been offline for over 24 hours of which we have spent trying to get an appointment. They lied multiple times about setting up appointments for us that we found out later, since we weren’t getting confirmation emails, they weren’t actually booking. We called back and they let us know nothing was in the system. This happened TWICE in one day. Once we finally caught on we got a confirmed appointment and they didn’t show. We called 30 minutes after the latest time they were supposed to be there and they told us the agent got sick and then the next available appointment was 3 days from today which would be 4 days without WiFi. Each agent was incredibly unhelpful. Calling Verizon in the morning and going to see if they can install WiFi before Comcast can make it out here. I have never had more terrible service then from these people. If you can go any other route I’d recommend. Clearly their call center has no checks and balances and the agents just get away with hanging up on guests not resolving anything and lying on the calls.

Terrible. We came to lower our bill. They tried to bully us into keeping cable and they even lied about pricing so we would just keep cable with the WiFi. They acted surprised when we pulled up website pricing. We bought a router to save money on the rental from Xfiniti and they pretended that was unheard of. So we had to review the bill and ask them to remove that line item all while there was a rolling cart with our equipment on it…Very sneaky. Anyways I went from $267/mo to $60. Be careful when you go and do your research they clearly aren’t trying to do right by their customer’s.

Hey, a shout out to Juan for exceptional service. Needed special equipment (in connection with my new job) that unfortunately was on backorder. Juan supplied me with alternate equipment to get me "up-and-running" until the special equipment arrives. Great solution, he even outfitted me with extra cables to ensure seamless installation. Thanks Juan!

I wish there is zero star review here so that I can provide more accurate comments for Comcast service. After weeks of internet connection issues while having virtual meetings, I decided to contact Comcast to request a technician, I ended up with 6 hours on the call waiting for Comcast customer service answering my phone, then immediately transferring me to the paid third party. I am done with Comcast, I hope we can have more options here in Boston area so we are not stuck with the poor service and ridiculous price from Comcast.

Walked in with all my stuff. Had already cancelled my service. Dave was extremely helpful and thorough. Asked for a receipt, cause we all know Comcast can be rough. Not a problem for Dave. He was awesome. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, receipt in hand, no trouble. Will definitely go again and already recommended Dave and the team to family who hate dealing with Comcast customer service.

This is the worst experience ever doing phone carrier tranfering. I tranfered my phone from Verizon to Xfinity mobile last Thursdays but it is still not active. I can't use my phone doing any business. First day the store representative said it should be ready in 24 hour then the 2nd day I went to the store again. They told me to wait another 72 hour. What the... till now after 96 hour. I went there again to discuss with the store manager. And again he told me to wait another 24 hour so totally I'b waiting for 120 hr now. I emailed him about the problem still on. Believe it or not he replied me back and ask to wait a bit more and even asked me to call the number he provided to help pressure thier technicians to take it more seriously. Really!!!! So, I have to waste another 1 hr talking with the technicians to wait another 24 hr. So it been 144 hr or 6 days now. Good luck for the new client who thinking to transfer. I'm done!!!!!! I'd to give them even zero star review if I could.

Everyone there while i was there was complaining. Ordered services online but they deleted my account before even setting up. I went in and they had a major attitude, mohawk kid needs some customer service experience. They offered nothing to me for my bad experience. One guy while i was there said his bill was supposed to be 140 and he is getting charged 240. Crooks

I came to the Xfinity store and worked with Darwin to transfer my phone number to a new device. Darwin was a pleasure to work with. He was respectful, patient, kind, and communicative. Darwin made the process seamless and stress free. I would recommend going to the Somerville Xfinity location and would recommend asking for Darwin - he's great!

Accidently dropped of an $80 computer power cable with my Xfinity equipment return. I returned to the store 6 hours later after Xfinity REFUSED to provide a telephone number. 3 WONDERFUL employees went through piles of boxes to find my cable. Then over comes Chelsea, who is doing NOTHING (no customers waiting for service). Instead of helping look for my cable, Chelsea stands next to the associates with arms crossed, doing NOTHING. Then she angrily starts to tell the associates NOT to help me or look for my cable. Then, she begins harassing the employees to stop helping me while standing there DOING NOTHING. Very sad that there are such hateful people. It's so unfortunate that other employees have to work with such a negative, hateful person, who spends her time trying to harm customers. Thank you to those other employees. Xfinity, why don't you fire this Chelsea. Bet you have massive employee turnover because of her.
