They denied my medication at 1:26 because it was time to eat lunch for them my medication was supposed to be ready according to the pharmacist by 1:25. I called them at 1pm and explained my situation for my prescription that was on hold. This is was very bad experience. They were so rude to me, the pharmacist called the front supervisor and asked me to come back at 2:30 I explain I need to pick my kids from school. Still she was so rude and said she will have to shut down the shutters on me. No humanity at all. Sad for the world, people like this pass on very negative energy, people like this should not be able giving out medication they do more damage then they help to fix. Because of them I am more depressed and upset. I have 3 kids and my older son is surviver from brain cancer since he was 3 now he is 10 years old and I went thru many situations up and down but today they hurt me very badly. They could have helped me for less then 5 minutes it would have been this issue, this all happened while the other cashier was helping an elderly lady, you can check the camera if you like.

This has been one of the most frustrating moments I've had in a pharmacy (extra shocking since I used to work in one). I had my medication confirmed as "being worked on" and I arrived and was told it would be 5 minutes. I waited and checked in. I was told 10 minutes. I waited and checked in letting them know my lunch break was ending and I would appreciate whatever estimate they could give me- they said 15 minutes and I waited. Then at 1:30 on the dot they closed the gate. I don't begrudge a lunch break but I would have appreciated the common courtesy of someone, literally anyone, telling me they weren't able to fill a prescription within 30 minutes prior to taking a lunch break. I have wasted my lunch break and will be late in taking my medication as I now work past their closing time. I am moving all of my prescriptions elsewhere and I recommend you do too

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. This CVS needs help. The pharmacy is always too busy and never answers the phone. I have literally called from work in Boston and made it to the CVS before they even answered the phone. They need some serious training on how to do their job and how to treat customers. It’s clear they need support and still have not contacted their corporate offices.

I came to print out passport photos. Kiosk wasn't working; wasted about 1/2 hour. Worst, the associate who was in the middle of helping me said, "Oh! It's 4 o'clock! I'm done for the day" and just left me to grab several bags of candy. The guy behind the counter said, yeah, I'll help you immediately. As I waited there for him to help me, I literally watched the candy-loving associate get checked out with all his candy by the same guy behind the counter. You just can't make this up. I left with no passport photos and a sense of bafflement.

Why CVS is forcing customers into SELF CHECKOUT ? For bigger profits and less labor overhead ! They want us to work for free as a cashier register , scanning , bagging and collecting payment . They don't have to pay customers vacation , sick days , holidays , maternity leave and so on . Wake up people !!! When you work for free , someone else will go unemployed ! When you work for free someone will not be able to afford their rent or even food . If you are young and think you are smart enough to use self checkout or think this is progress , think again , you are just being taken advantage of ! A self checkout register will never need to hire a Lawyer , a Plumber , an Electrician , a house cleaner , a barber , go to a dentist , buy a wedding dress , need a home decorator or a house painter and so on ....

This CVS sucks, they stopped selling my favorite almond milk Frappuccino and now they got rid of the 13.7 FL OZ Frappuccino and they're only selling small ones. The Honest organic tea is almost always out of stock and there's always a 10 minute wait at checkout due to understaffing. The self checkout machines are always broken and no longer accept cash.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve been having issues with my insurance for 2 days now went to another cvs and they weren’t that helpful but, Kerri at this CVS pharmacy was awesome and very helpful !! even though she was extremely busy she kept a smile in her face and she was very kind she really went above and beyond and solved my problem in very short time! Thank you Kerri!! . I took one star out because of the parking issues with this location which I think cvs should contact the city to solve it

This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to (disclaimer: I am not referring to the staff but rather the business itself). For starters, there are meters and Pay-to-Park in the parking lot (?????) so not only do you have to pay CVS's inflated prices but you also have to pay TO SIMPLY GO THERE and risk getting a ticket. The most infuriating thing, however, is the lack of consistency when it comes to my prescription. I pick up a different generic brand almost every week that they tell me is "exactly the same!" and have had medical issues as a result. 0/5 stars

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have been getting my prescriptions at the store for years. I have not experienced any of the issues that others have mentioned. In terms of parking, I do not feel that it is a big deal to park in the municipal lot and simply put a quarter in the meter.
