I came to print out passport photos. Kiosk wasn't working; wasted about 1/2 hour. Worst, the associate who was in the middle of helping me said, "Oh! It's 4 o'clock! I'm done for the day" and just left me to grab several bags of candy. The guy behind the counter said, yeah, I'll help you immediately. As I waited there for him to help me, I literally watched the candy-loving associate get checked out with all his candy by the same guy behind the counter. You just can't make this up. I left with no passport photos and a sense of bafflement. ~Kimberly

I love this market there meat is so fresh and seasoned so good. There prices are so worth it, very good fresh food always. I moved out the area but I still come down to get my groceries from this place. A++ place better then the regular supermarket. ~Shakiera

Best oil change service I've ever had. It was hot and end of the day (and the work is not easy) but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly which is not what I've grown accustomed to when getting my oil changed. It seems like so many places stopped caring about quality and customer service lately but I'm taking the time to write this to say that I will be back because of it. this walgreens is aggressively understaffed, which, whatever, i get it. i came in for a covid booster (with an appointment), it took 40 minutes even though i was one of two people there. this is all annoying but again, not a big deal!! i’m leaving a review because the person vaccinating me was super weird about the tattoos on my upper arms (which are like, generic nature tattoos) and was telling me that they can’t vaccinate you through tattoos. these are not new tattoos, they weren’t healing, so i don’t know what the concern would have been. i have received many vaccines through these tattoos. also, this isn’t TRUE, except maybe of a pox vaccine, which i wasn’t receiving. Overall this was really off putting and since I assume i’m not the only person with an upper arm tattoo to get a vaccine at this walgreens (lol), i’m passing it on. ~Meg

Once again customer service severely lacking. Third trip in a week each time missing at least one prescription. Everyone talking behind the counter while the line builds. Guess what? Not ready again. Management needs to address this issue ~Lorraine

I highly recommend Focus Moving Services. They were recommended to me by a realtor, who said they are her "go-to movers" for the greater Boston area. I couldn't agree more. Liviu, the owner, was very responsive and emailed the quote within an hour of speaking. Their prices were competitive. We scheduled the job on the same day. He also was easy to reach when I had follow-up questions or needed to make adjustments. Liviu and his team did an incredible job packing and moving our 12-years worth of stuff out of a 3rd floor apartment with a narrow staircase in East Boston to the North Shore. It required a great deal of strategic thinking, patience and skills. They were not only fast, efficient and reliable, but also calm, courteous and professional, which I greatly appreciated! The most professional movers I have ever worked with. From the scheduling with Judy to the physical move with Manny and Nick — the whole experience was so great. The guys were really flexible when the piece didn't fit in the elevator and they maneuvered an all glass cabinet down 5 flights of stairs, delivering without a scratch. An amazing team! Honestly I hate this bank but the banker here named Mabel is amazing!!! She helped with all my questions, she literally knew so much, and was able to solve alllll my issues through great questions and great listening.
