Best oil change service in Somerville, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Best oil change service I've ever had. It was hot and end of the day (and the work is not easy) but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly which is not what I've grown accustomed to when getting my oil changed. It seems like so many places stopped caring about quality and customer service lately but I'm taking the time to write this to say that I will be back because of it. Couldn't have had a better experience here. I found a leak in my rear tire on Monday evening- unfortunately, a screw had punctured the tire. I saw that Sullivan's was close to my place so I went online and used their easy to navigate website to make a request for an appointment. Someone got back to me the same day to confirm the appointment for Tuesday. I brought the car in, the employees were polite and helpful, they patched the hole, and I had the car back within a couple of hours. Based on previous experiences with other garages I was mentally prepared for this to be a drawn out ordeal costing tons of money, but this was the exact opposite: Sullivan's was fast, no hassle, inexpensive, and straightforward. ~Alex
