I wouldn't recommend this place. I went for oil change and the guy was like you still got 1k miles y are you doing it.. really it's my wish and my money none of his business and he keep on talking rubbish. Worst customer service. Service: Oil change

Best oil change service I've ever had. It was hot and end of the day (and the work is not easy) but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly which is not what I've grown accustomed to when getting my oil changed. It seems like so many places stopped caring about quality and customer service lately but I'm taking the time to write this to say that I will be back because of it. Thank you from a new customer!

Won't answer phone and lied about services offered. Drove all the way there because they say they're open. Sign says taking new customers. But it's not true. Claimed they don't have oil filters. Obvious lie.

I went to the location near Union Square in Somerville recently and we were in and out quick, but they earned 5 stars years ago when my wife and I stopped in for an oil change and a guy I think his name was Andy, had his fly down. I discreetly told him "Superman is flying low" but he didn't understand so I said "Batman's cave is open" and he hastily zipped up. This minor interaction started an inside joke my wife and I still reference years later, he was a really good sport. 5 stars.

In and out in less than 15min. Polite crew, explained what I needed done and asked if I had a coupon, which I did, but had forgotten about! Very happy that it’s so close to my place and it’ll be my go to from now on. Service: Oil change

An oil change is an oil change so I mean they did what was asked and did it right, they are just ridiculously expensive. It’s Significantly Cheaper to take a Ford F350 Superduty to a Ford dealership for an oil change than a Honda CR-V to valvoline. Service: Oil change

Just got a full synthetic oil change using a Groupon. Fast, efficient, friendly and professional service from Robert, Benjy and Alan. Alan put air in my tires, Benjy changed my oil and filter while showing me the new oil afterwards and Robert processed my transaction while offering to change my wiper blades that I was already carrying but just didn't get around to doing it myself. Give your staff raises!!!

I went for an oil change and stayed in the car the entire time. It was a very pleasant experience with almost no wait time. Robert explained the process to me and answered all my questions. They looked at all my car's vitals including lights, blinkers and any fluids. It was a comprehensive and satisfying experience coupled with a groupon voucher that meant I paid less than 2 dollars.

Always an amazing experience!! Greeted with the finest customer service, Safety came first to the manager when a customer tried too wear no mask 😷 The broad in there ain't so bad either, she was very kind and made sure they double checked everything .. I will definitely go back !!!!
