I started coming just for tire services, but Jimmy is such a great person that I kept coming back. Besides always finding a way to accommodate my needs, I have so much appreciation for how he talks to me about my car. I find him to be honest, professional, courteous and kind. And the work is always fantastic. I could go somewhere more convenient to my home, but it’s worthwhile to go to this shop every time. Highly recommend!!

Jim at Monroe got me in first thing the morning after I called. I blew out a wall on my BMW tire and was in a pinch for a quick fix. I arrived and had my tire changed all within 45 min. Jim is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend this auto service shop to anyone in the area. 5 stars and I will be going back for any repairs I might need in the future.

I’ve gotten a flat fixed twice here, and both times received excellent service and an honest and helpful consultation from Jimmy. I’ve also overheard him explaining other more complicated services to other customers thoroughly and patiently, so I’ll definitely bring my car back when I need other services. I originally visited this place to replace a compact spare tire to a new one because I had a flat the other day. The owner of this business was so honest that he would check if he can fix the flat tire by patching it and he kindly did it for no charge! I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and honesty of the business owner and would definitely visit here again in the future.

I showed up here without notice with a side bubble in my tire. The guy who helped me (pretty sure Jim?) checked their inventory, didn’t have it, but wrote down the tire specs and sent me to a nearby vendor he thought would since it wasn’t too safe to drive on. Great customer service and will look to bring my business back here soon
