Highly recommend. We were in Boston for the night and woke up with a flat due to a nail in our tire. We drove there on a spare, they very quickly fixed the tire and got us back on the road. Thank you!

Engine was skipping. Scanner showed one coil was the issue. Problem was the mechanic insisted all four coils had to be replace because there was a slight leak of oil on the 3 coils that were/are performing just fine. The estimate he gave me was around $1100 having added several unnecessary items to the bill. I asked him to simply wipe off the tiny bit of oil and replace the one malfunctioning coil. He kept insisting they all had to be replaced as well as the unnecessary items. Four times he pushed these unnecessary repairs onto me. I finally declined having him repair my car. Got it expertly done elsewhere for $220. Have since driven the car to White Mountains twice and once to Northern Vermont with no issues. Car runs great! With the three coils he wanted to yank out of it! Gaslighting a customer and grossly padding the estimate. Not the first time this has happened to me at Mallet's. Happened once 10 years ago. Gave them another chance. The last one for sure.

The most friendliest and helpful people i am comfortable with everyone they make you feel like family and make you leave very happy. The prices are very affordable whatever the job is from filling your tank to rebuilding your car these people are very experienced and professional pricing is great too

I have been a very happy consumer that has been doing business at Mallett Automotive for many years. I'm pretty sure since they first opened. Staff have years of experience. Knowledgeable staff that love to please their customers and the price is right. Having been ripped off by dealerships and national conglomerates like Sears, I sought out other options, putting aside my becoming a mechanic. In my own city I found the answer. Today Mallett Automotive fixes all aspects of our cars and trucks. I can't think of anything that they cannot fix. And yes I've seen lawn mowers and snow blowers. Do yourself a favor...this is the place where they win awards Rick L.

I wouldn’t bring any of my cars or my family’s cars anywhere else. Never had any issues. Their always polite, work done on time, not pushy about other repairs and most of all the prices are very competitive. Plus they pump your gas rain, sleet, hail or snow. Yup I highly recommend them for repairs and gas.

This was my first visit. I took an 18 year old Subaru Forrester to be fixed up for my son to drive to college. The AC and fan were not working and another garage had already charged me $100 and could not fix it. OB at Mallett did it without difficulties and it was just a couple of relays. No big deal. They did lots of other stuff too and although they kept the car for a long time (they took some $$ off for that) they worked very hard the last day to get it to us before my son had to leave. Will definitely go back there.

My daughter is a student at Tufts and her Subaru needed a ball joint and brakes. A friend recommended Mallet - telling me they are good and honest. Not only were they very communicative and quick, but about a week after I paid, I got a check in the mail. They had realized I overpaid and sent me a check for that amount. I had taken care of the entire interaction from 200 miles away via phone and would not have known that I overpaid - they found the error and fixed it on their own.

I don't think one can ask more from an Automotive/Gas Station. Ed Mallett and staff are considerate and kind. Additionally they are very accommodating when at all possible and they really do aim to please. Their prices are very fair and my husband and I and our son have used them continually over the past 6,7,8 ?? Years and would not think of going anywhere else. They get five gold Stars in our book!
