The service here sucks. Cashier here prefers to play with cashback options for 10 more mins with previous customer, instead of selling me otc medicine for running nose.

Once again customer service severely lacking. Third trip in a week each time missing at least one prescription. Everyone talking behind the counter while the line builds. Guess what? Not ready again. Management needs to address this issue

The pharmacy did not answer the phone even though I was on the line for 10 minutes. I walked over in the pouring rain only to wait 5 minutes after saying hi and being acknowledged while they finished stocking a shelf. Then they didn’t have the medicine I’m looking for.
