If I could give 0 stars I would. We have a new modem from Comcast that we rent, under a year old. And it has been offline for over 24 hours of which we have spent trying to get an appointment. They lied multiple times about setting up appointments for us that we found out later, since we weren’t getting confirmation emails, they weren’t actually booking. We called back and they let us know nothing was in the system. This happened TWICE in one day. Once we finally caught on we got a confirmed appointment and they didn’t show. We called 30 minutes after the latest time they were supposed to be there and they told us the agent got sick and then the next available appointment was 3 days from today which would be 4 days without WiFi. Each agent was incredibly unhelpful. Calling Verizon in the morning and going to see if they can install WiFi before Comcast can make it out here. I have never had more terrible service then from these people. If you can go any other route I’d recommend. Clearly their call center has no checks and balances and the agents just get away with hanging up on guests not resolving anything and lying on the calls. ~Ashley

Shocked by how rude the woman working today 10/20 @1:00-2pm ish was. Wouldn’t make eye contact with me or my mother… we asked if they had any high waisted jeans vs the mid rise and she said that “lucky doesn’t make them like that” and I pointed at a sign that showed every style that lucky sells. The sign showed high waisted, when I asked if they had the Drew Boyfriend high waist in store, she said “maybe on the front table”. Wouldn’t make eye contact and just leaned against the cash register refusing to move…. I went digging around the table and found a couple high waisted styles. At that point we just left because it was so uncomfortable. Me and my mom were really surprised as we were the ONLY ones in the store with two employees just standing there. ~Danielle

Fantastic dinner with friends! Superb food, very attentive and friendly server, couldn't be better. Certainly will be a place to enjoy again. Had multiple different rooms, well spaced out. Great atmosphere! Meter parking nearby on street. ~S

Not covid friendly, very rude staff. The manager essentially told me that I should have broken my covid quarantine and come in when I had covid to return my items if I wanted full credit back. There was also no social distancing and the staff were just standing around complaining about previous customers. I will definitely not be returning. In contrast, jcrew just across the street asked no questions when I returned my items and their staff were friendly and empathetic. ~Rae

I went to see Ashley to share my ideas for an anniversary ring for my wife made of Tanzanite. Actually took the time to show me several stones and settings and after a bit of discussion regarding my budget produced a ring that was simply spectacular. Thank you Ashley! ~Peter

Couldn't have had a better experience here. I found a leak in my rear tire on Monday evening- unfortunately, a screw had punctured the tire. I saw that Sullivan's was close to my place so I went online and used their easy to navigate website to make a request for an appointment. Someone got back to me the same day to confirm the appointment for Tuesday. I brought the car in, the employees were polite and helpful, they patched the hole, and I had the car back within a couple of hours. Based on previous experiences with other garages I was mentally prepared for this to be a drawn out ordeal costing tons of money, but this was the exact opposite: Sullivan's was fast, no hassle, inexpensive, and straightforward. ~Alex

An amazing environment to workout in. Went for my free class and I was hooked from day one. The coaches at Assembly Row are motivating and helpful in every way. Their front desk staff has been nothing short of amazing. I have been going for about a month now about 5-6 days a week and have already seen an increase to my fitness capacity. I look forward to what the next few months bring. I highly recommend at a minimum trying one class and see how quickly it makes a workout fly by. ~Matthew
