Not covid friendly, very rude staff. The manager essentially told me that I should have broken my covid quarantine and come in when I had covid to return my items if I wanted full credit back. There was also no social distancing and the staff were just standing around complaining about previous customers. I will definitely not be returning. In contrast, jcrew just across the street asked no questions when I returned my items and their staff were friendly and empathetic.

Overall the store is bright, organized and seems welcoming. The floor and shelves could use some cleaning service...dust is accumulating in many areas.

I was next in line at this store for over ten minutes this afternoon. Two cashiers were handling very lengthy transactions, neither of them made eye contact with me or said they'd be with me soon. There was another woman working who could have been called over to help. Very frustrating. I had to leave without making a purchase.
