John went above and beyond to help me get into a new phone after I took mine swimming. While I was there I decided to change my plan, add 2 lines and get 2 other new phones. He was very helpful along the way. When I went to pick up these 2 new phones later in the week John was not there but Zach was. He was a great help spending an hour on the phone (even after I had to leave) with Verizon due to an issue on their end. I picked the phones up today and both a John and Zach were working and proved great service again to get me out of the door quickly.

I couldn't have asked for better service. My Motog6 which I have had for many years finally fell apart and had to be replaced. Heather was more than knowledgeable about which new phone would best fit my needs. She set up my new phone completely and even went outside and paired the phone to my car. Count me as a very happy customer.

The staff there is the best. I'm technically not their customer, I live 2+ hours away. But they treat me as well as if I were signed up through them!!!! Always a pleasant experience when I go there with any problems

We needed a spare, inexpensive phone for travel. This store had none in stock (private schools in the area keep them busy) and restock would not happen for several days. Instead of leaving it at that, they suggested I check the discount store in the same plaza. I bought a phone and card there but had problems setting it up. When I brought the Verizon's phone to them, they offered me excellent service. They were unable to perform the set up but guided me successfully. I was entirely grateful.

Lisa was exceptional. She helped us get our number ported over from another company as did all the work by calling into their customer support, and was just so pleasant and friendly and patient with me and my wife. We will definitely be coming back in to see her for her help. Thank you Lisa!

If I could give a no star rating I would. I went in with my kids for a simple password reset and the store owner screamed at my children several times and grabbed one of them by the shoulder. He is so rude and unprofessional, please don't spend a dime in his store!!! My children and I left in tears, I've never been treated so poorly.
