Karoline was very helpful and resolved the reason for my visit. I enjoyed the bubbly personality and how the transaction went. Karoline seemed like a pro until we got to talking, I found out that Karoline is new that absolutely blew my mind. ATT asked me to share my experience, and I'm happy to. I will never go to their Greenfield store again and I want them to know that franchise stores like this give them a bad name. I went for a simple task and they said they had to cancel my current account and rebuild it from scratch. It took 3 hours with many calls to ATT Support that generally resulted in a lot of shoulder shrugs. The manager gave very little help to the junior clerk who struggled to help us and mostly hid out in the back room. Why he did not step forward to assist was baffling. We had to pay $300 to complete the task but no one knew why. The new account they built for us, with no change in phones or tablets, was forecasted to cost almost $250 more per month than our original account. We went down to the Holyoke store where they have competent staff and they will help straighten it out. I clicked one star above only because I could not post this if I did not click any.

Went in today to buy two new phones. Was helped by Jiro who was amazing! He helped me find a case for my new phone. Transferred the data from my husbands phone. He put on the screen protectors flawlessly. His manager Isaac continued his training, as he was helping us, without much interruption from our transaction. Great overall service as usual! Thank you Jiro!

I have come into this store 4 times to get information, and make a decision, about getting a new iPhone. Yesterday my husband and I came in and bought new iPhones for each of us. Jiro was the employee that helped me each time that I was here. He has been SO helpful, friendly and more! I very much appreciate that he was who we bought 2 iPhones from since he is such a great employee! Thank you, Jiro!

I usually hate going to AT&T because in the past it has taken hours to complete transactions. I was in and out with everything I needed in less than an hour AND the customer service was great. Isaac was awesome to work with!

I’ve bought several phones here and the service has always been great. It’s nice having access to a store that isn’t 35 minutes away. All the staff I’ve worked with have been great, ESPECIALLY Isaac. Isaac takes customer service to the next level, and I hope I always get him as a customer rep. He really makes the experience that much better.
