Best kung fu school in Maynard, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I’ve been attending weekly kickboxing classes with Sihing Eliot for a year and a half, it’s a fantastic workout incorporating bag work, cardio, Kung fu and some yoga. Eliot opened my eyes to the importance of stretching and flexibility and is super encouraging (my flexibility was shocking when I started!) The class is fun with a welcoming family feel, we have a laugh and leave feeling great Eliot is just the loveliest person, he cares about the community and is a wonderful instructor, I’m hoping my daughter will attend his kids Kung fu classes in the future ~Elizabeth
