Best credit union in New Bedford, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Had a 10:30 appointment its 10:40 they walk by you like they can't see you and so I decided to walk up to the teller and let her know i had a 10:30 appointment. While there having a good time chatting and just to let you know there was 5 people working up front 1 vehicle outside and 1 person at the teller please you don't need 5 tellers and only helping 2 people. If you schedule an appointment and the person is there on time be responsible and take care of that person also don't walk by them like if they where invisible. ~melissa

Their policies are overly designed to take "fees" from your account. Deposited money to cover auto payments? Don't worry. You'll still get a overdraft fee because they want to hold the deposit long enough to try and overdraft you not once, but twice. Horrible credit union. EDIT: I can't seem to reply to your reply but I specifically stated I didn't want any overdraft protection as I always make sure to put enough in the bank to cover my auto payments. You still caused an overdraft even though I had deposited more than enough to cover my bills. I also suggest you not post publicly transactions on my account as I haven't signed any release for you to do so. I'm just setting up a bank account elsewhere and once all my debits are set there, I will be leaving your scamming bank. ~Paul

They are a decent C.U. over all. For the 3rd time @ the NBCU downtown main branch (drive-thru).The teller put my $130.00 into another person's ck-account. I even sent the teller my bank card, ID etc. And yet she still deposited MY $ INTO another account. I had to run into the bank to explain the NBCU's doings again. Mistakes happen. But, NO EXCUSE, ...period. ;-)... ~David
