They are a decent C.U. over all. For the 3rd time @ the NBCU downtown main branch (drive-thru).The teller put my $130.00 into another person's ck-account. I even sent the teller my bank card, ID etc. And yet she still deposited MY $ INTO another account. I had to run into the bank to explain the NBCU's doings again. Mistakes happen. But, NO EXCUSE, ...period. ;-)...

worst bank ever. i went to go pay off my car loan and i gave them my id, social and check. they release my id and social to the teller next to me. this is not ok, not professional at all. one mistake like that, the person could've stolen my identity and god forbid there was money there, they would've taken it all. i don't recommend this bank to anyone. they don't care about anything there.

Horrible customer service, I asked at the drive thru for 2 check registers the teller was rude told me I can only have 1. I told her I work 2 jobs and can't get there often she shut me right off the televideo while I was talking to her like she hung up on me & she KNEW I was still talking with her. Can never get thru on the phone to anyone, always voicemail, then phonetag. Tellers are slow & rude. I'm looking for another bank after years of frustration. Worst bank ever IMHO

I think NBCU is a dissent bank but there is always room to improve especially, when it comes to assessing fees on overdraft accounts. They are quick to assess penalties ranging from $10 to $35. The main reason people go to credit Unions is to getaway from predatory penalties used at big banks. They need to revise their policies on assessing fees on overdraft accounts.

Almost $5 to withdraw from their ATM off another credit union. Do yourself a favor, go down to Bay Coast and take it out for free.

Every time I call this bank for general questions I get sent to voicemail. People aren’t happy and barley help. They don’t tell you before putting a hold on your card and you’re always out of the loop. My address changed and when a letter was returned to them they put a hold on my debit card and couldn’t fix it because they wouldn’t answer my calls. I had to go to the bank myself.

Tried to get in to cover the 5-10$ I was short for mortgage but you already took $25 fee because I was short ! Now I can’t pay my mortgage at all because this bank doesn’t care about its costumers !! Thanks for nothing. I left another tyrant bank to come here but they all don’t care about their costumers.

This place is a joke. Their customer service sucks. They do things to your account without your knowledgge. They cancel cards on you report them stolen or lost and then make you pay for new ones. Worst bank in the entire state.

The loan department has been incredibly helpful, There are at least willing to work with my customers help resolve issues with credit and get them loans,I’ve been doing this for 20 years and I can truly say NBCU does care about the customer.
