I was turned away because I was without a mask, there were 2 men employees "alone" in the store that refused to serve me though I told them I was unable to don mask r/t to health issue and made some comments that are substantially backed by facts. I was very shocked that they refused to assist me even though I was in communication from threshold of doorway and treated them with dignity,hoping to call them to their higher selves. They had product in hand and refused to take my debitcard from the o doorway ,at least 12 ft away, my opinion it was an inexcusable decision on their part saying I needed to go online,though I had no access. I called the Braintree location and went out of my way to drive the distance. They could not have been more gracious and kind in assisting me.They were compassionate to my circumstances in their response from beginning to end. This store on Needham St in Newton Highlands needs to hire people that are customer oriented and are developed enough to address each situation individually with compassion and excellence in a health promoting industry without compromise. Unethical sellers. They placed a listing on Facebook Marketplace for a desk we responded too. She agreed to sell it to us. She knew we were coming all the way from NH to Newton a 2 hour drive. We messaged her before we left. She said “great”. Five minutes before we showed up she called us and said she can’t sell it to us. We told her we drove two hours and that we had an agreement. She started crying and saying she needed to pay her rent, which we have no idea how us buying a table from her would make her not be able to pay her rent. More likely someone offered her more money and she decided it was in her best interest to not honor her contract with us. In this business your word is everything. Very bad way to do business. ~Klia

This is the best Five Guys location I've been to - and I had the best burger ever here! Got the Little Cheeseburger with everything on it, delicious! Better than other locations I've been to. Their fries are also SO good and warm. The place is clean and big with a ton of seating. Employees were all friendly and nice, and you can tell they work hard. Great experience and great food, highly recommend! ~M
